Service is quiet crappy just like anywhere in Manlius. And the food is disgusting. Spinach in my sandwich tasted old and gross. Not to say that its also overpriced well no surprise there : its Manlius after all

Place is typically sloppy looking. Presentation doesnt seem to be an issue. Most of the workers are very kind, but some seem to be more interested in their phone.
