We went to Veekoo for the old August 31st dinner...always meant to stop by this place. Its quite good, and has the proper background music. Ive totally been known to walk out of places if I hear contemporary. I ordered the Peking Duck for two, tom yung goong and of course, american style egg rolls. These egg rolls however, were far away and above regular chinese rest fare in terms of ingredients and cooking. With the provided sauces( a searing wasabi mustard & real duck sauce) they reminded me more of tempura rolls then anything else. The duck was, more or less, perfect roast beef in duck form. These guys deserve there rating on google.

I stopped eating Asian food over 8 years ago (due to there being stories and proof of rat meat, bugs etc.) but I decided to order from here, because I figured it was upscale and wouldnt have those issues... Well I was wrong.... Firstly the shrimp was undercooked.. Almost raw. The chicken was suspicious .. The lo mein noodles were ok though, not really any complaints there.. And then the white rice........ one word... Beetles. There were numerous tiny black beetles inside of my white rice containers, mixed in with the rice... Safe to say Ill never eat Asian food again. Sucks because I enjoy it, but I cant trust it.

We started going there a month or so ago. Its amazing!. I was never a sushi lover, have tried it a few times and it was so so, went to Veekoo and it was absolutely the best. Everything from the sushi to there hot dinners is just so fresh! im hooked and cant get enough. The service is 2nd to none and very friendly. We love going there, bring a bottle of wine and eat the best sushi around! I have friends that go there and say the same thing, just great food and service, what more can you ask for. Steve K

Excellent excellent excellent! The food was absolutely delicious! They have two menus here, Asian and Japanese. The Japanese menu is mostly sushi, while the Asian menu is your typical Asian / Thai items. You can have take out here, or sit and eat. I chose to sit and eat. The food was to me in about 5 minutes! The food was excellent and the dessert selection of truffles was superb! Its BYOB so be sure to bring a bottle of wine when you go!

I have been going here for lunch and dinner since they have opened, and Ive been to a lot of hibachis and restaurants similar to this one and I can honestly tell you that nothing even comes close to the quality, service, and atmosphere. Everything is fresh and the best. BYOB which is great, the only small downfall is the place is mobbed on the weekends and some weeknights for dinner...call ahead and enjoy!

The owners are great. Sincere greetings . been coming here for at least 6 years the food and service has continued to be fantastic. The place is extremely clean . cloth table cloths without insane prices. Lunch; dinner both great. For a romantic dinner or a party its both great . enjoy as I and my family and friends have for years.

The food was excellent! however the price was not.. For dinner you can expect to pay $15 for general tso ALONE. not including a side. I ordered pork fried rice and that came out to $11. Aside from that I was very happy with quality food. however I will think twice next time before I go in for dinner.

Very good selection of Chinese food and Japanese food. Their sushi is excellent. Somewhat upscale decor with tablecloths, etc. Still a fairly casual place. Overall the best Asian food in the area. Much better than chains like PF Changs. Id give the food a 9.5/10 and the service an 8/10

The BEST Asian food in the area by FAR. Great mix of Thai, Chinese and Japanese with the best Sushi around, The waiting staff is fantastic and cant do enough for you. Its very fare in price, however get there early, long wait on weekends.

The have great service and great tasting food. I have gone many times during lunch and they have a great lunch special where you get soup, entree, rice, and spring roll. All very tasty and fresh! Cant wait to go back.
