I placed an order for my family and I and was told 35-45 minutes tops. An hour goes by, I make my first call and was told by a woman that the driver was on his way and had two stops in front of ours, I said ok, Ill bite. 30 minutes later I make my second call and asked how 2 stops equals 30 more minutes? The man who answered and who originally took my order (he kept sniffing up his snot from a cold I presume) said well, its not here so the driver must be on his way. I explained that I had called twice and if a third call was made, I want a refund. To which he replied ok. Nine minutes pass and just as Im dialing again, the driver shows up. He was all kinds of apologetic and made it sound as if he was the only driver. Im not mad at the driver but the restaurant personnel need work. On a positive note, the food wasnt cold.

Wasnt given the chance to try it out!!! I called at approx 9:30pm asking how late they were open and they answered 10:30pm. I then asked if they can still make a delivery for Shore Drive and they said yes! I gave all my information out and then when I called back to give instructions on how to get into my building (20mins later) they wanted to THEN inform me (if ever they were even going to) that the driver already went home!!!! I work nights and tried to make sure that I would contact them before everything started closing. Now its after 10pm and EVERYTHING is closed. DISAPPOINTED in the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I decided to call them because of all the good reviews but based on this I probably will never have the chance to try them out. Please step up the customer service!!

I dont normally write reviews, but I only tried this place on the reviews so I feel I must leave this. This isnt the worst Chineese food Ive had, its the worst food Ive ever had. It had zero flavor and was so bland. We ended up throwing it away. We ordered a drink. They forgot it and I called to tell them. I was still charged for the drink. Never again!

The only place Id take the time out to review. Ive been going here for a good four years now, and Ive never had a bad experience. Cant beat the lunch specials either. My go to Chinese takeout every time.

Purchased the Gen Tsos combo for lunch and it was awesome. Chicken was fresh, fried rice was fluffy and savory, egg roll was crispy and flavorful.
