日本人の味ではない。値段はねたの質に比べ高め。ねたも新鮮さが欠けた刺身、寿司ばかり。Sashimi Deluxeで出てきたご飯はなんとジャズミンライス。文句言ったら普通のご飯と変えてもらえたので星二つ。日本食が恋しくて恋しくてほかにオプションがまったくない場合でもあまりお勧めはしない。 From native Japanese perspective, I ordered Sahimi Deluxe but was very disappointing. Shashimi quality was not good and the rice they serve with it is Jasmine Rice which is totally abnormal. What Japanese restaurant serves Jasmine Rice?? But they exchanged it with sushi rice for free so 2 stars.

Weve been there three times. The food is pretty good, especially their sushi and Thai. However, their service is consistently slow unless they are absolutely dead. Even with like 5 tables in the whole place, we never get refills and they take forever to pick up the check. Food is not all that well described, and when I asked the waitress about what was on this or that, she didnt know. She also didnt find out, so I just ordered something else. Twice now they also screwed up our order and brought out the appetizer after the entrees. Atmosphere is very nice, but there is a lot of traffic in and out for takeout customers, and it lets a lot of drafts in. They have improved by turning up the heat in the lobby, but wear warm clothes in winter. My wife didnt like her dish, so all things considered, its unlikely we will be back.

Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating. Place was completely empty and I waited 5 minutes before someone finally came out from the kitchen and seat me. I thought they were closed. I ordered vegetable sushi, miso soup and edamame. The miso soup was barely warm and was definitely not fresh. Cold miso soup is not enjoyable. The edamame was not served hot enough and lacked salt. Most of the edamame was discolored. The vegetable sushi rolls had the absolute worst flavors and textures. Tasted like the veggies came out of a can. I took one bite and had to spit it out. I then had to wait 10min for the server to come out from the kitchen again. Place is still empty. I paid my bill and told her none of the food was fresh or satisfying.

Ordered almost twice a week . Orders from $60.00 - $110.00 sometimnes more. They never give anything free not even a soda. After many months of ordering I asked could I receive the $10.00 off coupon since I have ordered so much in the past and always tip the delivery driver. The owner refused on a night I was trying to place a $72.00 order. I am disabled and can not drive They said I had to come in to get the $10.00 off for the coupon. Well I cancelled my order and deleted their phone number from my phone. There are plenty of resturants in the area that automatically give you a free item when you place orders in the amounts that I do. Being cheap has lost them my several thousand dollar a year orders.

Sushi is good when you can get it. I have had two bad experiences the last two times I have tried to get sushi from here. The first time it took over an hour waiting for our takeout to be ready, sitting at the restaurant. It did not seem overly busy and we ordered ahead of time. The last time was a delivery order. We ordered and almost 2 hours went by before we called to check on the food. They said the order never came through. Have never had a problem with this place before. It will be awhile before I try again.

This is usually my favorite place to get sushi but I am never going back after my experience tonight. We got home with our food and realized something was missing but we paid for it on our bill. After trying to call for 15 minutes and being hung up on 3 times I finally got ahold of someone only for him to tell me 5 times that its in the bag. Im pretty damn sure I know what food was in my bag! So furious with this place and never going back.

Ordered online and requested to pick up food at 11:15 AM. Got confirmation for 11:15 AM pickup. I was on a tight schedule. I arrived at 11:15 to find that the restaurant was open and empty--not a single customer-- but they had not yet begun to work on my order. There was no explanation and no apology. I waited another 20 minutes for our order of 2 summer rolls and 2 sushi rolls. Summer roll was good. Sushi was awful. I wont be back.

Ordered a seafood dish and it came out so spicy I could not eat it! Worst part I like spicy food! The chillie peppers were all you could taste and way to overpowering smh. Left very upset as the waitress proceeded to ask if I wanted extra water and a carry out box after saying to her "its so spicy I can not eat it"! Time to find a new place to eat people cause this Asian place is for the Spaniards and people with no taste buds.

Su[er quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately not a very busy place, but they offer a sweet deal! $25 bucks for 2 rolls, Gyoza, and the choice of either a Green Salad or Miso Soup. Compared to other sushi places I have been too, the spicier rolls werent very spicy and the wasabi seemed as if it was a bit toned down, but the food was tasty and delicious regardless!

I ate here while visiting based upon its ratings. Not impressed. Average food at best, and average price. Service could be better, staff is very slow, un-attentive and absent. Flavors are not as would be expected with sauces being very thick and tasting more like flavored Ketchup than traditional sauces. Certainly not a place to write home about.

One of the best places to join Pottstown. Very friendly and helpful. The sushi is very fresh and the presentation always looks awesome. Their Chinese food is also top notch, I havent had a bad meal no matter what Ive tried. Delivery service within 5 miles is also a great convenience.

Very poor service today. I have had delivery weekly for over a two years- today they say they wont deliver to me as I am just outside the radius. I hope it was just the wrong person who answered.

Best Asian food around. The sushi is amazing. Only drawback is they tend to be understaffed and sometimes it can take a long time to get your food but its well worth the wait.
