My wife and I had the worst experiences at this Chipotle. As others had mentioned, the staff had no idea what they were doing and "subwayd" the portions. When we said something to them (because Im not paying Chipotle prices for a taco bell size burrito) the staff snapped at us. We were trying to be polite, but they were just rude. Happened to us twice and each time we said we want to see the manager, one of the rude little jerks said "I am the manager". I had complaints open with Chipotle and continued to get burned food, small portions and bad service. Chipotle corporate and the three store managers they kept swapping out repeatedly promised to change their ways and give us a few free lunch/burrito cards to make up for it, but they never sent the cards. I sent tons of emails back and fourth to corporate to no avail. 6 months later, nothing and I refuse to waste my money there ever again. I love chipotle and this one is 5 minutes from me. Kinda sad.....

This Chipotle in Easton is the most lame Chipotle Ive visited. They always have something missing, something wrong, not enough people behind the counter while your food sits getting mushy and cold--they just cant get it together. I love Chipotle--its a shame the chapter in my hometown is so deficient. Why do they think 2 people including the cashier is enough to move a 3 person line?? In Timonium they have 7 people behind the counter and a long line of satisfied people moving rapidly toward their tables. It is no wonder that Panera, Golden Corral, Applebees and Bob Evans always have a full parking lot when Chipotle has just a few cars. Chipotle is a great chain but this edition needs a lot of improvement to meet the standard.

I stopped at this Chipotle a few weeks ago to get a couple of burritos. The staff making burritos had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They skimped on every ingredient and the result was the smallest Chipotle burrito Ive seen in the 8 years Ive been frequenting the chain. It looked more like a little Taco Bell burrito than the iconic Chipotle burrito weve all come to know and love. The bag of chips was tiny as well. Seems that the manager here wants to maximize profit by cutting down on the value. Theres no chance Ill ever stop at this location again; Ill wait and stop at the location in Salisbury instead.

I was extremely disappointed with this Chipotle. Each member of my family ordered a chicken bowl and left hungry. None of us have ever left a Chipotle wanting a snack except from this location in Easton. My brother and I actually went to Wawa down the road and ordered soft pretzels. Also, some of the ingredients tasted a little off. It was not the fresh taste we were used to. My dad made a comment that this is the Weight Watchers location because the portions were so small. If you are looking for the usual portion that you are used to from a Chipotle do not go here.

Not much has changed since the last reviewer gave this location a mediocre score. The service is still slow, the food is borderline. I left feeling like I over payed, not satisfied. The staff tried to be friendly and thats the only reason I give this place a 2. Everyone in the area knows this Chipotle and the neighboring restaurants were not built for the enjoyment of locals, but as a feeding trough for Ocean City beach traffic. I say pass on this one.

This is the only restaurant that our family eats at. We come frequently, like at least once a week (if not three times) and each time are greeted with bigger smiles and food that is never endingly fresh and delicious. We are fortunate to have a restaurant that has clean, humanly treated food with a stellar staff who both value the customers and keep up with demand. Thank you Easton Chipotle... keep up the great work.

Im a medical rep and had a last minute lunch on my schedule. I was able to call Chipotle in Easton the morning of and they accommodated my office order for 12 people with no problem and a smile on their face! Im not sure if the gentleman is the manager but he was more than helpful and never once made me feel like my last minute order was a problem. Great customer service. Thanks again!!

They dont know how to portion food, I asked the girl on the line preparing my food to give me half steak and half carnitas and gave me chicken and carnitas instead so when I politely asked her to change it she rolled her eyes and ignored me. She didnt correct it until my friend said something about it. The bathrooms werent stocked and they were extremely slow

This is a family favorite; we love the burrito bowls. The line moves quickly even when you arrive to find a big group in front of you. There is a good amount of seating and you can sit outside in good weather. I have introduced this place to a few different people who had never tried it before and they all tell me they return again and again.

I have had food here three times I have always ordered the same thing, today I ordered my usual the chicken burrito, no beans, white rice, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. It has always tasted amazing but today there was very little chicken in my burrito and all I tasted was rice, I hope it tastes better next time❤️

It was my first time at chipotle as my children want to have some food from there. But the staff at the counter instead of helping or assisting us as it was our first time that were laughing and making fun of us. So it was my first and last visit to the place. The management shall train there staff not to make fun of any one

I completely agree with these other bad reviews. Slow service, ingredients not the best compared to other locations, lack of burrito rolling knowledge, etc... The burritos here are 1/3 to 1/2 the size of one that you get at other locations. If it was some other no name place it would get a 1 star not 2 from me.

I love Chipotle and eat it every couple weeks. Unfortunately at this location the staff was not properly prepared and could not even hear the orders properly. I was not the only one to run into this issue and they missed part of my meal and when I asked about fixing it they were uncooperative and rude.

They give large portions with their meals, expect to pay $10-$12 per meal minimum. They do have a very speedy staff and the food is always prepared properly and tasty. The only issue I have had is that the staff behind the counter dont listen well and are not always the friendliest.

Rice is an essential ingredient in burritos. My 2 hour layover at BWI allowed me to wait at this NO RICE CHIPOTLE LOCATION. 1 Hour 10 minutes later I said "F-theseAmatuers" after a call to my Gate/Flight. Labor challenges. Chipolte sucks if you ask me.

After a day of swimming or laying on the beach this is a cheap way to fill up and get ready for some fun in the sun. Its the standard chain and as usual you can get about 2 meals out of one of their giant burritos! Or one if youre hungry enough! :)
