Both waitresses were fighting on and off being very loud; granted it was 3am and empty. Ordered hot chocolate amd it was cold. Asked for another HOT chocolate and was told no refills; asked again and she rolled her eyes and took the cup. Came back with the same cup and hot chocolate amd said she wamred it up in the microwave for me. Food was overdone, waitress almost dropped the whole plate of our food on us as she brought it over. Took almost half an hour after we were one to get our check; nobody else was in the diner but us. Now i remember why i stopped going there. Would rather travel the extra miles from my home to go elsewhere. Wouldnt give it any stars but cant post a review without giving it a star

I was just there tonight with my boyfriend and my son and my boyfriend asked me to get him another salad and I did, I brought it back to the table for him to eat but we were sharing and we ended up getting charged extra for me getting him the salad and just sharing it with him. I didnt want my son to be sitting by himself, hes two months old. We were also told we werent allowed to share the the food he got from the salad bar, it shouldnt matter were paying for the food anyways. You cant say we cant share if were paying for it! Im highly upset about this. But other than that the food was great, but Idk if were gonna go back there!

The worst food. From the food from the buffet being cold, to the order of eggs being green. When we realized the eggs were green the manager said it was because of the eggs sitting on the steam bar. When we made him aware that we ordered the eggs from the back he had no explanation and refunded us for JUST the green eggs with no apology for the cold food. I only give it one star because I couldnt post if I didnt give it at least a star but it deserves none.

Its all right. It is a diner and its diner food. Priced very reasonably. Lower to one star because of the Thug activity. Couldnt dine because teen thugs punching and kicking girlfriends. Called cops and complained to management. The management didnt want to get involved and acted like didnt happen. The Mgr on Duty said they were sorry but liability issues mean they cant interfere if a woman gets her ass kicked in there.

What a great family owned and operated business. The food is awesome, prices are more than fair, and the staff is friendly; great service. So many choices, great deals, and all their buffets are amazing- great food and great price...breakfast, fresh salad bar and soup, tasty burgers, melts, seafood, steaks, stir fry, and much much more. Nothing better than a family owned and operated restaurant that serves fresh food.

I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Its even more pleasant and clean now that the no smoking ban has hit Pottstown. The food is always really good as long you stick with the classics (I would steer clear of the seafood, Pottstown is a long way from the ocean). Its 24 hours which is also great for a grub session after the bar. This place is great!

I guess Im a little biased. I worked there almost 20 yrs ago. Still same owners. Great food good prices and yes the owner is very personable. Ive been on the other side, behind the swinging doors, and its the same. Much cleaner than other more fancy restaurants Ive worked in the past. Continue to keep up the great work ASA!! As always it was a pleasure seeing you again.

I posted a comment about the last time I had been to pottstown diner about 3 months ago. The owners replied how they were sorry and asked me to come back and try again. So here I am and I will say service was alot quicker and I did actually eat. Thank you Pottstown Diner Staff for caring about your customers.

Hey its a diner. They provide a great environment for small groups to meet. Great breakfast. Always have the same waitress. SHIRLEY is the best and she is a fixture at the Pottstown Diner. When Shirley is your waitress you know you are in good hands. I recommend the Trojan breakfast sandwich.

We ate at the diner for the first time last night and it was a great experience. We will definitely go back My husband had the seafood buffet and thought it was excellent. The owner made it a very enjoyable experience and is so personable. Thanks, Paul & Leslie A

Disappointed. We used to live in the area and frequent the Pottstown Diner. While we were passing through, we decided to stop. Unfortunately, the diner has changed hands and while the food is very good it was not worth the exorbitant prices they are asking.

Staff was pleasantly attentive, but when we had an issue with the food, it was not handled well. Our pancakes tasted sour, and we didnt have time to wait for another batch to be made, but noone offered to take the pancakes price off the bill.

this place is disgusting! the only thing that wasnt completely disgusting is the coffee, and even that was on the poor side, although it wasnt the best...dont waste the time or gas money to even bother giving this place a shot.

Since the new owner took over prices have doubled on a lot of the items and same quality or lesser quality. Left before ordering in sticker shock. Nothing has changed on the inside and breakfast buffet look worse than before.

Love this place! Great food, good service and owner is so personable. Ive gone here for years and we go out of our way to come here to eat. Food is a always good and wait is minimal. Wait staff is there for years... And happy.

This place changed owners and the prices are crazy now. $9.50 for an omelette and it tasted less than great. No one asked me how everything was. I miss the old owner, prices, and selections. Not going back.

The salad bar was delicious and the service was friendly. The main course was a little iffy but we were there late on a Sunday and cant be too mad about that. The soup and salad more than made up for it

Public school cafeteria quality frozen beef patties with industrial cheese product on a stale bun. All surfaces are either moist or sticky. Visit McDonalds instead.
