Today I decided to go to Taco Bell with my father, I even told him I bet theyll mess up my order due to the fact theyve messed it up more times then theyve got it right. We tell them my order specifically 2 times and ask them if they got my order right at the drive through box, of course they say yes. But listen to this, almost a minute later they open the drive through door again and give us another piece of our order that I suppose they forgot.. good thing we didnt drive away, so we hit the road and we take our meals out and what do you know they screwed up my order! This has happened more times than it should and thats why Ill make sure 5 times if they got my order correct.

Ok, so I need to say that this is probably the best Taco Bell out there. I lived in the Kutztown area for years and would come out here late at night or during the day. Over the years the staff has changed but the service has not. I have never had a bad experience here and the food has always been fresh and made to order. Every person that has been stationed at the drive through has been friendly and polite. Even though Ive since moved to Bethlehem this is the only Taco Bell I go to.

I felt like I encountered slight time-warp when coming inside to see the 1990s interior! The restaurant was clean, but service was a little off-putting since the cashier was unfamiliar with the menu. Also, when did a meal for four at Taco Bell become $30?

Fake cheap Mexican food. Food tasted fine and service was fast but customer service was lacking. Not friendly and didnt include napkins in the bag. This is obviously an issue if trying to eat taco bell and drive.

While the store itself looks older and could use an update, the food served is still very good. Even when busy for the lunchtime rush, I dont find myself waiting too long, even for larger orders.
