Every time I pre-order or stop in the staff & owner seem like youre bothering them. The previous owners really knew the local patrons and it felt more like a local breakfast spot. I have even called to place an order and staff said they were "too busy, call back later". Really? Not my first choice to get bagels but closest to my home so for the few times a year when family stops by, I order from here. Also, they really cut back on the size of their bagels compared to the previous owner.
