My daughter took my wife and I to Burgatory for Fathers day. The service was marginal but attentive. However, they got my wifes salad order wrong and took another shot at getting it right. The waitress said she would take that off of the bill. They returned with another salad, but again it was wrong. After getting some of the salad right, we waited for the remaining topping, grilled Turkey, for about 20 minutes. When we got the bill, the salad was still on there. The waitress explained that after the third attempt to get it right, she would only take the Turkey off of the bill. Im sure that we will not be visiting this location again. I did hear that other locations were very good. It just might be a management issue with the Robinson location.

I travel a lot and Im always looking for a good burger anywhere I go. When Burgatory popped up on my search for lunch today I got exactly what I was looking for. I went in and sat at the bar and looked over the menu again and decided to make my own burger. I got the regular beef with some fresh toppings and you have the option how you want it cooked; Red, Pink, and something else I cant remember because who wants a burger cooked more than pink? I ordered it pink and it came out very juicy and had a little bit of pink in it. I wouldnt have minded more but it was juicy and thats all I wanted. I went at lunch time and the wait for my food was pretty average. Ill be back the next time Im in Pittsburgh.

One of the best burgers Ive had in a really long time (hats off chef and team, wish I knew your name). I dont even remember the name of it anymore but the description included something about a steak in burger form. Just out of this world. And the best part is they have burger options for those that dont want to make a lot of decisions as well as those that want to make their own burger. Options include bison as well as half beef half bacon. And the staff was amazing. Beth was so nice and engaging and attentive. And the beer options are extensive and always revolving. Add to that the great setup and the outdoor covered seating available and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure about all other things but burgers and shakes are very good. Usually very crowded on weekends and lunch and dinner times. Lots of space for parking though. Decor is nice as well. I just wish they keep the floor clean specially around the bar. Overall amazing place for comfort food. Word of caution, if you do not like the places like dairy Queen , steak and shake , McDonald, burger King then you may not like this place either when it comes to food on menu and you will definitely feel guilty seconds after you finish your big burger with high calories sides come with it and super delicious high calories milk shake

One of the worst/driest burgers I have had in recent memory...I ordered it "no pink", but it was charred/burnt beyond belief. The fries were cold and soggy, tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for 30 minutes. I ordered the whole wheat bun, which was stale and nasty. I was starving and couldnt even finish half the meal. Everything was also extremely overpriced (8.50 for a local 12oz draft beer...really?). The "burger" was bland and tiny for being 14$. Ive had far better burgers and 5 guys for 1/3 of the price. Major disappointment! Definitely will not be going back.

The food here is PHENOMENAL, I highly recommend eating here. I have visited several times and plan on coming back again and again. I have tried several things on the menu and have yet to have something that wasnt worth trying. Simply excellent and prepared precisely the way you specify. The staff is wonderful and takes good care of their customers. For those of you who may bock at the $12 price tag on these burgers, you really need to think about what youre paying at McDonalds (and such) for subpar meals.

We had used their app to pre-register our group for a table (we had 9 including 3 kids). Apparently, even though we got the confirmation text from the system saying we were slotted for a table when we arrived, they had no idea what we were talking about. Even after confirming we had the correct location and showed the hostess and manager, we still had to wait 30 min for a table to come available. The food was excellent. The choice of beers on tap was pretty limited compared to other places around Pittsburgh.

Definitely the place to go for an amazing burger. You can choose a burger from their menu or customize your own. I decided on the Mortys Steakhouse with no bun aka naked. It was cooked perfectly (medium-rare), flavorful, and the horseradish really had a bite to it! They also have gluten free buns and veggie burgers as well. I also ordered a spiked milkshake with vegan vanilla ice cream. The shake tasted good but it was really lacking on the booze. If Im ever in Pittsburgh again Ill definitely be back.

I only ate here once, but I was really pleased with the taste of the burgers. I love being able to specify exactly what I want on my burger. I ate the bison meat, which was quite delicious. They also have epic milkshakes here that are great! However, I did not enjoy that you are not giving any sides with your meal; you have to order them separately at an extra cost. My husband did not think his burger was worth the price. And you will pay a good bit for your food here, just to keep in mind.

The burgers were delicious. Enjoyed the chips. One pink burger was very red. They were out of gluten free shakes. Then, when our burgers came, they had no buns. They forgot to tell us they were also out of gluten free buns. We told them this is why we came. Our server gave us cards for free shakes, took off the cost of one shake and discounted our order. She tried hard to please us. Basically, management put their servers in a very uncomfortable predicament.

June 30 @ 21:30 bartender was great a really nice guy he recommended the mosaic ipa because I asked for a local brew, it was a beautiful beer. I ordered the meat your maker the toppings were tasty and I even ate the roasted tomato by itself. The bread was so good and a perfect fit for the beef. It was a pleasure eating that beef I had to slow down so I could enjoy it even more but I couldnt so I gobbled it down and ordered one to go. Spend your money here.

Not only do they have a great selection of burgers (meats, cheeses, toppings, spices, etc) and shakes, but they also are supremely knowledgeable on dietary restrictions such as Celiac Disease. They have great GF options and allow free substitution of greens for their non-GF standard side of fries. Theyre also great at customer service! Definitely check them out if youre in the mood for a great burger or shake!

I had the elk burger, but, I had a hard time choosing every single aspect of my burger, from the buns, to the cheeses, to the sauces I just didnt know/care enough. Cost me about $17 for the burger. Five Guys is a couple doors down. Five Guys is a lot more simple. I like simple. I see why people love this place though. They just go crazy over burgers. Id go again, but Im in no rush.
