I would like to inform the management team of how poorly my friends and I were treated at the Rok Brgr Burger Bar in Ft. Lauderdale, July 26. My friends and I just arrived in Ft. Lauderdale from vacation. We heard of the Rok Brgr from a friend and decided we would check it out and eat there, however that did not happen because of the inconsiderate gentlemen at the door. It was raining heavily at the time of our arrival. We ran up to the door in the pouring rain at 10:45. I opened the door and asked the gentleman approaching door if we could sit and wait inside while they were still setting up. We didnt know the restaurant opened until 11:30. I told the gentleman that we intended on eating there and asked if it would be possible for us to sit and wait at one of the tables already set up. Keep in mind the rain is coming down hard and there are 5 potential customers getting drenched outside. The gentleman at the door said no because they were still setting up. I told him that I understood that but it is raining and we would like to eat there. He then told us to wait under the black umbrellas, which were leaking, until 11:30. I then replied, "But its raining really hard out here." He then, in turn, told me "thats unfortunate" and pulled the closed in my face. I could never imagine doing that to potential customers if I owned a restaurant. How inconsiderate of that employee. I understand the restaurant didnt officially open until 11:30, but what is 45 minutes just to sit and wait, from the rain? Tables were set up ready to go. I find it disheartening that someone would do this to other human beings and I wouldnt want that employee working for me. Its too bad this business lost money and their reputation in our eyes. Sad day to be at Rok Brgr.

Best BRGR everrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! If your gonna eat a burger this is the burger to eat, seriously the gourmet of burgers, its like burger couture lol !!! This place ruined all other burger places for me and their Truffle fries OH-EM-GEE!!!!!! Beer selection incredible!!!! They have Golden Monkey my favorite beer and super hard to find, service is always excellent our waiter was super nice and didnt look stressed even though he was clearly in the weeds, the place was packed and it was a Wednesday night (thats how good they are) I had the steakhouse burger, my friends had the D-wade and a custom creation we also had lobster corn dogs AMAZING and we would have tried the kobe hot dogs, but they were out which is fine cuz we were stuffed the burgers are 10oz each. massive! the decor is cute and cozy and nice outdoor space, table was wobbly but whatever wasnt so bad after all the wonderful beers we were wobbly too haha also first we were gonna eat at the bar cuz the wait for a table was 45mins, the bartender was cute but not very friendly which makes him uncute actually, I understand he was busy but a smile wouldnt hurt however his bar back, assistant or whatever not only was he super cute but friendly to everyone but he could not serve drinks so we left for the outdoor area and had a blast! I highly recommend this place, will definitely return :)

I go for dinner date with my boyfriend every so often. Last time I was there I was very disappointment to sit at a high top near the bar where a drunk young guy and two 18 year old hooker looking girls were fighting at the bar with a single guy sitting. Whatever the reason was, the bartender AND management let the fighting happen for several minutes until the drunk left. He still came back one more time to give the guy at the bar his drunken piece of mind and NO ONE employed by the restaurant cared about the other people that were trying to have a nice dinner. The the female bartender talks to the guy at the bar saying that the drunken was a "regular" and how "dear he talk to him like that". I was shocked! Who cares regular or not, they should have stopped the darn show. Soon after, I head to the restrooms and there it was. The last chance that place ad was GONE. Bathrooms disgusting. No getting into detail of how bathrooms were, but I must say, every staff member was talking, laughing and doing nothing. This is unacceptable to be. The place is not cheap, they can afford to have bathrooms clean. BAD MANAGEMENT

Ive got to admit, I have a hard time paying the Rok prices for a burger. Once youve gone over $10, youre out of my zone. Thus, the four stars. That being said, the burgers we had were really good. We had the King James, which was good but not great. It seemed to have less beef and not too much of the toppings, it was tasty, but not worth the $15 charge. The "Cowboy" aka " was terrific. It definitely needs to be on the regular menu. The beef was a little more rare than Im used to for "medium," but wasnt too far off. It was juicy and had great flavor. The pulled pork on top was tender and flavorful and the sauce was topnotch. The onion straws were thin, crispy and not greasy. The cherry on top was the parmesan truffle oil fries - they were absolutely worth the $2 uptick on price. While its not somewhere that Id go often, it would be good for going with a friend and sharing one of the burgers.

Rok:Brgr has become a favorite of mine over the past two years that Ive taken vacations to Southern Florida. The burgers and fries are outstanding, the beer & wine menu is excellent, and the truffled Mac & Cheese is literally an addiction in itself. I live in New York and every time I come to Ft. Lauderdale my girlfriend and I put Rok:Brgr on our to-do list just for the mind-blowingly good Mac & Cheese appetizer. I literally cant put into words how good this Mac & Cheese is. Ive had truffled Mac & Cheese from other, nice restaurants, but the Mac & Cheese here is, without a doubt, and by a wide margin, the absolute best Ive ever had the opportunity to taste. The burgers are also very, very good. But I guess you would expect an outstanding burger for the price. They are just that: outstanding TRY THE MAC & CHEESE HERE! You wont regret it. I promise.

Mad Cow! Definitely food poisoning and too soon to know if its mad cow. Today is the day after my burger at ROK and it consist of multiple trips to the toilet. Usually food poisoning can be cured by a single trip but ROK must really know how to poison people right. If this pain last another day Im seeking legal console. Asked for a well done hamburger and it arrived lukewarm. Also the fries that came with my burger were the small hard leftover pieces of the potato. I only ate the food because I was starved. God please dont let ROK be my last supper. Tips to the cook: Cooking a frozen burger patty on high heat will make the outside look cooked but the inside will be red mush. Tips to the owner: If youre going to charge premium prices you have to follow up with quality food and drinks.

Un buon Burger Gurmet. Locale accogliente e cameriere molto gentili! Ottima selezione di Burger con prezzi che vanno dai 15 ai 21$ che devo dire non mi hanno fatto impazzire, buoni, ma niente di speciale. Ci sono però anche piatti "veggie" e più facili da digerire e una buona selezione di birre anche locali. Ottima labbinata con il museo della scienza che e a 3 minuti a piedi!
