Entered at 3:15pm. one two top was done eating, three 4 tops were sat, one eating, one almost done eating, other had drinks & orders were in (as their food arrived a bit after we sat and never heard them order). A two top came in about 5 min after we were sat. So all in, front of house had 2 -two tops that really needed managing. We place our coffee order. Cappuccino & double espresso. The Cap was good, espresso ok. At the time of delivery of the cafes we also order - A BLT with egg & avacado (simple) and a shashuka. Bot of these items are staple listings on the menu. It is now 3:20, 3:25 at the very latest. A younger couple enters about 5 mins after us, sits down and has its BYO, had champagne for mimosa. It took them about 5 min to get the bottle opened / glasses poured. it was AFTER that time they placed their order. Roughly 3:35/40PM now. The guy ordered shashuka as well. We have not had anyone return to our table since our cafes were placed. Our server does walk over with a pancake order for us, mistaken, as it was not our order. It was for the aforementioned 4-top that already had their order in. 10 more mins go by, it is now 3:50+PM, my BLT is brought out. No shashuka. But what happens next to us is BOTH of their items are brought out, including his order of shashuka!!! They gave our order away to a table who ordered roughly 20 mins after us! We are offered an apology, but that really does not sit well with me. You had TWO TABLES TO PAY ATTENTION TO! and failed, miserably. Your apology is not going to have our order out any sooner now that you clearly gave ours away, and said "the tickets got mixed up" YOU HAD 2 TICKETS!!!! So, almost an hour after sitting, the shashuka comes out. Mind you, Im not eating out of politeness so my food just sits for almost another 10-15 mins. A 315 brunch turns into a 430 early dinner. Awful Service, an apology and "discounting your ticket" is not how you make it as a new restaurant. Oh, and you are BYO but have mixes - How are you OUT of bloody mary mix?! And if you are, YOU MAKE MORE!! if this is your standard of service, you wont make it very long. Experience: Poor. Food: Average

Really didnt find this place spectacular/ great. They dont take reservations but I was able to put my name on the list over the phone. It was about 30 minutes of a wait they said. Get there around 20 minutes wait 10 to be seated. Wait around another 10 after being seated to get coffee / drink order, which took them 10 more minutes for my americano. The food also took a while, around 30 minutes from ordering it to table. The service was very scarce and I didnt know who was my waitress in a small restaurant. The food was good, and the atmosphere was decent but overall there is so many other places I probably wont go back.

I thought this place was closed because whenever I walk by its always closed. They do a good brunch. They arent trying to be like every other brunch place and wow you with red velvet pancakes. Simple food with fresh ingredients. The toast was great, nice thick cut. Coffee was fresh and had great body. Their prices are on par with the rest of philly brunch. I had to wait ten minutes to get seated, ten minutes for food. Service was great. Everything was really great except... for the side of turkey bacon. 3.75 for a side of turkey bacon, to me that is a little too much. Ill be back though just no bacon.

Think of a ma and pa cottage style breakfast but also upscale? I love this place as my go to for brunch basically. Wait usually isnt too bad either for brunch when I inevitably wake up too late for a reasonable time. Pancakes are huge, goat cheese/jam grits are delicious, bacon is crispy... whats not to love? They are BYOB for bloodies / mimosas, not sure the pricing for it though (if bottle or glass).

The menu offered many options and the food was excellent. My friend who ordered an additional item did have to wait a while, pretty much after our entire meal was finished, for that additional item she ordered at the beginning; however, all in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would eat there again, especially considering its proximity to me.

Go-to Philly breakfast spot. Love washing down the cheddar chive pancakes with a cold brew. PRO TIP: If youre not starving but looking for a solid breakfast, get the blueberry lemon oatmeal! Its listed a side on the menu but is definitely plenty to fill you up like a regular meal and its only $3.75.

I really loved this spot. It felt like home to me even though I was so far away from Houston. It reminds me of the cafes in Montrose. The staff was very friendly, the food freshly prepared and plenty of healthy options. Note: brunch menu only on Sunday.

My friend and I went here for brunch one Saturday and it was great. Be prepared to wait about 45 minutes for a table though, as the cafe is a little small. Food was good, coffee was good. Cute place, great atmosphere and cant wait to go back. BYO.

My favorite breakfast spot in center City! Their pancakes are some of the best. Their pancake specials are the reason to come. Coffee is always hot and great. The omlettes are fantastic too. Also love the potatoes.

The limited menu is good and prices reflect the self seating and counter-ordering. Servers are friendly. I would return, but not go out of my way to do so. I had the veggie tofu sandwich which was really satisfying.

I could go on and on but this restaurant is not worth it. The bad service and greasy food were terrible. My friend and I got there at 11:30am and left at 2pm for meals that we barely ate for 5 min.

A quaint little place with an interesting, locally sourced menu. Excellent breakfast. Or brunch options and an excellent Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Ok prices...not cheap though.

Seated immediately (at the window bar, a great place to be on a sunny Sunday in February). Service was fast, and food was great, I will definitely be back.

Stopped in for coffee and a sandwich and I wasnt disappointed. Great spot! Seemed to get packed for the lunch rush as soon as I had stopped in.

Tried to come here for brunch. The host literally blocked the door like a bouncer and told us it was a 45 minute wait. Extremely unwelcoming.

Had to wait 30 minutes outside in the blazing heat. Absolutely worth it. Friendly staff, amazing food, all in a cozy yet airy setting.

Terrific little spot for some excellent food... just a bit too noisy for my tastes, but very good service and terrific pancakes.

Very solid brunch BYOBs. One of my new favorite new spots to go on Sundays afternoon. Their specials are always on point.
