Weve been having breakfast at this place for several years now and it is always great. In particular the Irish breakfast is excellent - and having traveled to Ireland recently and had a homemade breakfast prepared by an Irish woman while on the trip - I can tell you that Hibernians breakfast is quite authentic. Also any time there is a Mexican breakfast on the specials menu it is also great - my favorite is Huevos Rancheros. Last but not least the bagel sandwiches are amazing and HUGE! there is two of everything: 2 eggs, 2 sausages and 2 slices of cheese. Its a ton of food for the price. We love the service as well - the staff is friendly and the food comes out pretty quick. its a great little neighborhood spot.

Excellent food, good coffee, decent service, ok prices. The person who brought out the food, who was not the waitress, mistakenly thought we had ordered food that was really meant to be for other patrons. Then, when our food was brought out by our waitress, she forgot who ordered what. Also, I had no idea how we would pay for the meal since our waitress didnt bring out our check. Apparently, in order to pay, either flag down the waitress, which proved difficult, or go to the front register and wait 5 mins for employee to ring you up. Other than that, everything was excellent, I certainly recommend!

Cosey little place with good food. Small and narrow dinning area with dim lighting. Ordered the Irish breakfast and wasnt disappointed. Ive had several types of their Mexican dishes in the past and they were awesome. They offer several breakfast specials each day and the prices are pretty reasonable. Street parking only with live meters during the week. Never crowded but never empty.

My husband and I enjoy our Sunday breakfast every week at the Hibernian Coffee Shop. It is wonderful. Has the family owned feel, great breakfast and lunch options with exceptional service. We have the same server each week, Nicole , and she is delightful. Always cheery, always polite, and very helpful. Prices are extremely fair for the experience. BEST BREAKFAST PLACE IN DELCO!

I stop in here with my boyfriend for breakfast all the time. We love their food! They have a great variety and everything weve ordered has been delicious. We tend to order breakfast, as its available all day, but Ive never gotten a bad meal. The service is also really great. Everyone who works there is so nice and personable.

The Hibernian Coffee shop is a hidden gem! Its our usual Sunday morning after church go to spot, and they far exceed expectations of Irish breakfast. The specials are truly special. Try them. Its the only place I know where my missus can have bangers and eggs while I have huevos rancheros, and both are equally spectacular.

They must have great plate food. I order a bacon egg and cheese and a scrapple egg and cheese on a long roll. Plainly said, It sucked. But it was packed with people eating platters. I dont think breakfast sandwiches are their strong point. Friendly staff and fast service though.

Best breakfast and lunch in all of Upper Darby township. Banana walnut pancakes, veggie egg wrap, homefries, everything is delicious. Coffee is decent, not amazing. Veggie burger for lunch, or curry fries! Get curry fries with veggies! Or, if you want, even with chicken.
