Too dark and it definately changed for the worse when the ownership changed. My family use to go there a couple times a week, but after my last few experiences I havent been back. The food lacked flavor and the wait staff was a bit rude. I had people that were new to the place and they just couldnt seem to be bothered. There are still some of the old staff and I didnt get them unfortunately. I have it several chances but after the waitress was rude to my 5 year old i decided i was done trying to like a place that i use to love.

Walked in greeted with just a hey. Had to ask for the special menu. Took our order to go. No thank you or enjoy. Just heres your order. Got home order was missing and missing things ( we ordered 3 basic things) They came out n fixed it but werent told sorry. We were told " the rice isnt supposed to come with tacos anymore i have to fix the menu ) and rice was so soft n bland it was given to the dogs. Not worth the price. Better off going to taco bell

Food was horrible will never eat again the only thing good was calamari over priced small portions everything was bland the quesadillas where something a child could make would rather spend the gas and drive to lindenwald and eat at la Esperanza for real Mexican food and its was cheaper the prices are ridiculous for worse than Taco Bell food wish this would have worked because this small town could really use a cool food spot for food .

Im not sure why they bill this place as a Mexican restaurant. There is nothing authentic about it. The food is very Bland . I ordered tacos with no onions, and of course I had to pick off the raw onions that were in the tacos .. they did offer to redo my meal but I didnt have time to wait ..

Great food. Excellent portions, scratch made by a caring staff. We order take out breakfast several times a month and I have had just about everything they offer for breakfast. Nothing has disappointed. Try the cream chipped beef over tater tots. Two thumbs up!

This place is now a Mexican Cafe. The only reason I am giving it to stars is because the waitresses were very nice. The food was Bland did not taste good at all. The salsa was running like they tried to thin it to make it last longer. Will no go back

Food is good a little pricey, but tastes good. This place as of July 1 2017 is now a Mexican restaurant still serving breakfast and lunch. Dinner in evening few days a week. Also started delivery service. Posted pic of new sign.

We had dinner there on Friday evening.for the first time. Everything was delicious and everyone was very pleased with their first visit. Wishing everyone at Cafe 122 much success. A great addition in Clayton.
