The service here sucks! I called the establishment to complain about their mistakes and the girl who answered the phone had an attitude with me! I live 2 blocks away and it took them an hour to deliver a pizza and buffalo wings. On top of that, they SHORTED me 3 buffalo wings. I ordered 12 and only got 9, they didnt ask me what kind of beverage I wanted and just decided to send whatever kind they chose AND needless to say, my pizza was cold. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother ordering any food from this place.

I like there food. I have yet to have a order for delivery be mess-up...but the customer service is lacking. I guess in comparison to the area shops their customer service is average. I have to really be in a lazy mood to order from them and I dont make the call myself. Nothing is more annoying that to have someone ask me with each choice, "is that it?" It always makes me want to say, "did i say that is it!" I think they have one young lady that answers the phone as though see has sense.

The girl who picks up calls for this place should be fired. Horrible customer service all through out the call and after she got frustrated with my order, she told me my card was declined twice even though I have the money. After giving her a second card with more money on it, she still declined it then hung up. She makes ordering from here hell.

Pizza is awesome, however the customer service needs improvement.. I have experienced a rude male & female. I figured maybe they had a tough evening so I ordered again during non-peak hours. Same horrible attitudes. Again, great food, but I refuse to spend my money & be mistreated. Sorry but not sorry.

Customer service is horrible!!! They have VERY NASTY ATTITUDES ANSWERING THE PHONE!! BUT GUESS WHAT IN & OUT! WE HAVE CITY VIEW NOW, WHERE THEY ARE VERY NICE TO US!!!! THATS WHERE MY MONEY WILL BE GOING! I HOPE THEY SHUT YALL DOWN!! EVEN THE OWNER IS NASTY!! CITY VIEW!! CITY VIEW!! CITY VIEW!!

At my job we always order out and this place is very close to our place..so we decided to order a large pizza..took about normal time to deliver, but the pizza,honestly, was the BEST I ever had!!! Definitely recommend to everyone to try the pizza! it was plain if that really means anything...

I will never order from them again,I called around 7:05 pm,when it got like 8 something called to see what was going on with my order,supposedly be on the way,long story short,called three times no show,I just cancelled my order and called Ballys instead....ugh

This place is the worse. It took an hour to get two cheese steaks then they got our order wrong. Not to mention the steaks were super dry. Im so angry I spent 22 dollars on this trash. Never order from here
