This was quite a new disappointing experience for me--I was excited to eat some of their to-die-for pizzas, although I ran into a few mistakes (their website is too vague with descriptions!) I have ordered several times, and never had to call once until now. I tried to seek for clarification and help, but the staff were impatient and refused to answer my call at first since I am a deaf customer. They hung up on me three times without allowing me to say something, simply because of relay services. The food is pretty good--the problem is that orders get messed up all the time.. who knows what they would do once facing such a situation? So unfair.

I am quite disappointed with my order tonight. We order from there all the time and lately things have been changing in a bad way. I ordered steak fries and a chicken cheesesteak hoagie. The fries were dry, they seem like they were sitting for awhile before they pack them up for our order and the Cheesesteak hoagie was mushy and did not have all the toppings requested. My previous order was a BBQ salad with crunchy chicken but the chicken skin is mushy. Was there a change in management...WTH. I hope they improve so that I can come back. :-(

I am not a pizza person. However, I was in the area and someone suggested Glenside Pizza. The counter person was pleasant enough. I ordered two pizzas, one with extra cheese and one that was a cheesesteak pizza! My husband, who loves pizza, commented that the pizza was very good. I did have a piece of each. I enjoyed both. I even called them back and told them that if I found myself in the area again and pizza was going to be on my menu, I would definitely stop again.

Dont waste your money! You wont get half the stuff you order and the stuff you get is horrible. Burnt pizza, they changed their steak for their cheese steaks and theyre very ignorant. Manager wont even get on the phone to talk to a customer.

By far the worst excuse for pizza I have ever witnessed in my life. Pre made cracker like dough with the worst sauce I have ever tasted and cheap processed cheese substance on top. Dont waste your time get a digorno.

I got a pizza steak which was good , but pizza dough is chalky and dry. Its probably pre-made Frozen crust. Ewwwwww I just give honest reviews. For five star pizza , go to , Beddia Pizza or Tacconellis Pizza.

Upside down pizza is amazing, and the cheese steaks and burgers are awesome. Best cake slices ever and the milkshakes are made just right.
