I called to order my food at 2:59 pm and they said they had no cheese then the manager said they did have cheese so I placed my order. At 5:00pm I called again to ask where my order was and they said they sent out my order but to the wrong house. I asked since you all made the mistake could I have a complimentary meal and they said no you still have to pay full price even though I waited 2 hours for my food and they lost it. Very poor customer service and very rude. Would not eat from there again.

I would order from here again but not the best first impression. The delivery was fast which I appreciated. They didnt give me the type of cheese I asked for in my stromboli but it was still excellent. I also ordered a chicken ceasar wrap which was pretty good and a slice of plain cheese cake. The cheese cake I think was expired, I couldnt eat more than one bite. Ill order from here again but with lower expectations

Worstl service ever! Late delivery! Spent 80.00 dollars one weekend on their food and it was the wrong order, it was cold and it was nasty. The fast talking little girl who took the order does not listen and is rude. I no stars. 0/5 is my rating. I am here to give advice. Order at your own risk.

Terrible place alot ppl think that Bravos on Erie and the one on Grange and this one are linked no the Bravos on lindley Ave is a dump the Mexican in the back is dirty and the manager Mr.Rey doesnt know business hes always missing something the worst pizzeria on the face of the earth

I have ben ordering for years, but recently the service has declined. The pizza barley has cheese on it. I started paying for extra cheese, and I still received a pizza that looked and tasted like it was frozen. Sometimes the food is cold.I rarely order from here anymore.
