Placed an order today and I accidentally paid the driver cash for my order although I had paid with a debit card. I called the restaurant to let them know to ask if they could refund my debit card. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me. I was very polite explaining the situation to her but the first thing she said to me was "so are you going to reimburse the driver for gas, because thats an inconvenience to them?" I had to tell the woman I didnt even appreciate that response because as far as I was concerned that was beyond the point. The receipt clearly said Id paid already, so the driver should have known. It was a mutual error, but still instead of helping me resolve it, the young woman asked me a question that was beyond the conversation at that moment. I asked to speak to a manager who wasnt there. I ended up calling GrubHub to resolve the situation. The woman did call me back to let me know the driver would bring my money back. But I did not appreciate how it had to be resolved because of the poor customer service from the person answering the phone. It was unnecessary.

Although the food is good, they recently jacked up their prices (and didnt bother to change the menu). $9 for a cheese steak is ridiculous. That combined with the fact that in 1 out of every 5 phone orders the staff forgets to actually place your order in the system. Theyve just priced themselves out of the market. Plenty of other options nearby. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I really love this place- I live down the street and order about once a week. Huge menu, and everything Ive ever ordered has been consistently good. I can try new things on the menu and know I wont be disappointed. The lamb over rice is especially good, as are the wraps.
