I wish I could give zero stars if I could. Told me delivery was going to take more than an hour and told me pick-up would be better. I had to call because they were out of all these toppings and didnt want them to charge extra which they did online. Why would I have to pay for substituting for a topping that they are out of? I went to pick it up, came home to find my order was made wrong. Called them and they said they would deliver with the right pizza in 10 minutes. Guess what? They never showed up!

The pizza is always well prepared,hot, and ready to eat! The employees are very polite when they answer the phones... I always get a personal pan ham with a side of ranch dressing for dipping... The spicy Asian wings are good too.

Im sure the pizza is on standard with Pizza Hut since it is a chain, but the employees are extremely rude at this location! I could not get over how much attitude I got from everyone when I went in there to order.

Im within a mile of two stores and not one delivers also cant understand the person on the phone of the store on Norristown rd or the flourtown location. How ridiculous

Normal Philly style service. Somewhat inattentive, but if you give them a moment you will get a good pizza. Its a chain, dont expect the world.

Went there and it took a bit for the associate to come to the front but when he did it was decent service. Food looked good so thats a plus.
