Ordered my food at 6:10pm on a Wednesday night thru grub hub. Received a update that it would be here at 7:19-7:29pm. Ok not bad but then received another one that food would be here at 7:45-7:55pm. Im a patient person so I was like ok at least they said something. 7:55pm gets here so I call and the guy says Im right in front of the store getting ready to grab your food. Needlessly to say but food arrived at 8:25pm. But I take the food upstairs to my job to go eat it and my salmon so I thought is wrapped in foil so I started to eat my sides then I smelled something that didnt smell like salmon open it and its ribs. I dont eat beef or pork so I called the driver back and he came back to get the food but before he left he said hes taking this food to the right customer because the other driver took my food to the other customer and hes on his way back to get mine. So I called and canceled my order. How do I know that they didnt pick at my food just like I picked at their food. Never ordering from them again and the food wasnt even good that I was able to eat!!!

I do admit there food was good but there are times the good taste a little off. I hate the fact they charge $7.00 for one piece of fish and it be so small. Everyone knows that tilapia is not that expensive.. I have been to other soul good places where they give you a side order with it. Also there cabbage taste like vinegar.. Im just being honest.. Try DEBS KITCHEN IF YOU WANT YOUR SOUL TO BE FILLED

Horrible experience ordered at 6:45 food and get to the door until 8:52 I paid over the phone very ignorant about returning my money brought me the wrong plater just over all customer experience was horrible. I ordered peach cobbler for five dollars which they did not have and charge me for They just lost business for life thank you for nothing Mr. Jose

Didnt have 2 items ordered. Thought it must be because the foods so good, nope! Horrible. Dry BBQ chicken, dried out Mac and cheese and broccoli mushy. Honestly it was so horrible I wish I could get my money back. I love soul food and this is in the neighborhood but I will never order from them again.
