I have been to Doma several times and the food has always been good. Its nice to be able to sit down with friends or go on a special occasion but eat in a rush or the hostesses will stare you down to leaving. Wait,.. I am the customer, paying for my meal and tipping for my service and I have to feel awkward while trying to enjoy my dinner? The wait staff was great but the 3 ladies at the front stared you down since they overbooked and had people waiting. Its not my fault you cannot manage your business properly. 6 eyeballs hawking you, are you done yet? are you done yet? We just finished our last bite and before you know it they drop the check off. For 2 people our bill was over 100$, its not like were nursing 1 plate of edamame for an hour. I will take my money elsewhere at this point and do nothing but bash Doma till the front of the restaurant is fired or replaced.

Consistently fresh sushi and appetizers thats are innovative and prepared nicely. The fish is always fresh along with the appetizers and soup. The menu is decently large and provides many differnt rolls that are extremely creative. The place is modern, clean and makes you feel comfortable. The prices range, the soup, salad and normal rolls are all at a decent price but the higher up rolls are pretty expensive even for specialty rolls. Also, they need a bar! The staff can be a little slow but are very nice and you can tell they are trying. Good constant sushi that is fresh in a nice setting.

Doma is off the chain awesome and worthy of a shlep from other parts of the city. The fish is incredibly fresh and the rolls are original. Service is very good and includes some cuties. The menu also offers choices for those who dont enjoy the raw stuff. They do lunch and dinner on most days but are closed completely on Mondays. #Fairmount #Philly #Sushi

Anytime I want to be on my wifes good side, I take her to Doma. We love the sushi and bi bim bop. The service is great and it feels like youre hanging out with your long lost Korean brothers. We certainly appreciate the affordability of great food in the city. We used to live a few blocks away, now Doma is a reason to venture to Callowhill.

I have been to Doma several times, and each time I go I like it more. The service is great and so are the prices. Sure you could go to Umai, but you are going to pay a lot more. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back, and being a byo makes it even better. Be sure to make a reservation on the weekends as it does get fairly crowded.

Still, to this day, one my all time favorites. Favorite is the triple tuna roll. Mouth watering, zesty, and warm goodness. The miso soup is off the charts. Seaweed salad fresh. Gluten free soy sauce and menu option absolutely priceless. I dont care how far I might live, would travel to DOMA. Its the spot hands down.

Very nonchalant Korean bar. Good food good company and in the middle of Philadelphia. We ordered one of the combos with the fillet chicken that was prideful it was pretty good it comes with two sides which were absolutely massive single order is pretty much all you need for a group of four.

Sleek decor, good food (great variety) and very nice service. I will definitely return. We split two rolls, had edamame, and dessert; our check came to $36 with tip. Glad that Doma is in the neighborhood.

Awesome place to eat sushi.. Plus, the service is top notch.. Were served by Yuli and she was so attentive to details and very very pleasant which makes our night.. Will recommend and come back for more.

Always going there for a few pieces of fresh fish, or when the "Korean taste buds" need something to please them. Great staff and fresh food, cant really ask for more.

Excellent meal. The service was great and the sushi didnt disappoint. As recommended, the triple Tina roll was awesome and the tuna tataki salad was also delicious.

Tempura Calamari to die for. Take out works well too. I eat here twice a month. A bit on the higher end for lunch but well worth the money.

Second time here. First time was awesome but this time everything we had was average. Not bad, just plain average - nothing spectacular

Excellent lunch. Try the baby octopus salad and whole grilled squid. Bibimbap also quite nice, good heat in the side sauce.

Large selection. The Byob factor makes for an affordable sushi dinner. Also, if you pay in cash, you get a 10% discount.

Good clean atmosphere. Sushi rolls were excellent and good sized, albeit on the pricier side of things.
