Yokohama is a great place for Sushi and Japanese food in Somerville. Everyone is friendly, service is quick, and the food is great. I come here all the time for sushi and sometimes for Hibachi (they do it in the kitchen, as there are no Hibachi tables). I order Spider rolls, and they are always great and have amazing flavor. I have had the Steak Hibachi, and it is pretty good. Overall, I recommend coming here if you are in Somerville and want Sushi or Japanese food.

Best sushi in Somerville. Always fresh, excellent roll selection, and very good prices. I never leave here unhappy. Incredible lunch deals during the week, with a good selection of options. My go to is the 3 roll special with a side salad and miso soup for $10. Never can go wrong with that! I would highly recommend this place to any sushi lover.

I cant comment on their food, but I can comment on their service. I ordered online because the website says they deliver. I placed my order (over the phone) at 3:30 only to be told 30 minutes later, they dont deliver more then 6 miles away....why wasnt this told to me when I originally placed my order? Why isnt this indicated on their website?

Came in for lunch. Food was mediocre, nothing spectacular. Also, felt super rushed - the moment we finished our plates, they were taken from the table; the moment I placed the cash down in the bill, it was taken from the table. I wouldnt consider this a 4.7 as recommended on google, but more like a 3.5. Service is just as valuable as quality.

Great for lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly, the sushi and sashimi are great. The bento box is great for children and adults. My daughter loves the miso soup and the salmon avocado roll. They even have training chopsticks holders to help her master chopsticks. We have been pleased every time we have eaten hear.

Great sushi in a super tiny restaurant. They didnt complain about us staying after we ate but we left when we realized the entire place was packed. Great selection on sushi and japanese cuisine, great lunch deals for sushi and all the food was great quality

Great little neighborhood sushi spot, the food was fresh. For the healthy people out there, they make the rolls with brown rice if you ask. Nothing spectacular but definitely a solid choice. Inside is very dated, but seems to be clean.

My husband didnt like sushi till he tried their spicy crunchy yellowtail rolls! Their food is delicious, fresh tasting, and quickly prepared. I have gone several times for lunch and will continue to go with friends and family.

Quality has gone down significantly as of late. What used to be my favorite sushi restaurant in Somerville became a sushi restaurant that serves rolls with mostly rice and little fish, even for the prices.

I had udon with chicken and the chicken tempura roll...they were both sub par. The roll tasted off and they made it with avocados. My friend had the spicy tuna and it wasnt spicy, also very odd tasting

The best kept secret for sushi. Very low key, no advertising and they have by far the best sushi I have ever had. Definitely go here and try the scallop dynamite and you will not be dissappointed.
