Generally, the service is good but not today. There were two cashiers One cashier had just waited on a customer. I waited about 90 seconds before advancing to her spot. After another 30-45 seconds she acknowledges me asking what I wanted. I reply I want to place an order to which she says I have wait for the other cashier to serve me. There are 6 employees total 4 of whom are working the grills and food. Not clear why she couldnt wait on me considering from my observation she wasnt doing anything after she told me to wait. And while I could let me filters to drive my conclusions about how and why she did that I will simply surmise by saying it was just bad customer service!

On 4th of July I came from Philly to visit my great Aunt and we went to Five Guys and it was very good. Their burgers where fresh and their fires where good. It was very expensive but it was worth it since its high quality food. Like the Dayum Drops review on You Tube a week burger you can still chew and a burger with strength you not talking. It was a great experience and great food.

It is always freezing inside no matter the time of the year. I guess so youll leave faster. When you call and place an order for pickup, theyll make everything except the fries. They will only start making the fries once you pay for your order so no matter what you have to wait. I think this defeats the purpose of calling ahead.

Good burger, but there are two girls that talk so much and stare you up and down. Its like they didnt want you to be there, so I left. It was very weird and unconfortable. Like are you mentally still in highschool? Im going to another location or its a bit far away so maybe not. Bad attitudes is a bad taste in my mouth.

Love this place. May be slightly unhealthy but who cares. Love the fact that they have an app on android. Get it, order before you go and no wait. Well a slight wait since they wont cook your fries till you get there. ALWAYS FRESH FRIES!!!!!!

Its always hit or miss with this place . i always forget Why i said Id not return to this particular one till i walk in... The staff arent that curtious most of the time.... Restrooms always need attention...no soap today....

I called in my order on phone they told me 10 min got there paId for my order and waited 10 additional mins while my buggers were sitting in the bag the whole time.

The burgers melt in your mouth!. And I love fresh cut fries. You can see the whole kitchen! Grab some shelled roasted peanuts while you wait..
