In celebration of our co-workers 5th anniversary, a group of 14 of us ordered the Deluxe Tray and specifically asked for more turkey (half of the tray) and less ham/Italian hoagies due to dietary needs. Not only did we not get what we requested, but when we went drove 15 minutes back to the store, the manager had a huge attitude problem and insinuated that we were lying by saying that she was sure they placed at least 12 turkey hoagies in the tray. We only had 6 turkey hoagies before we realized that we ran out. The manager offered no help or apologies at all. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences we have dealt with. AVOID THIS PARTICULAR STORE! These are independently owned franchises - I recommend that you go to the nearby Glenside Primo or any other local businesses who can provide better customer service. What a terrible experience!

Their hoagies are pretty good, assuming you can get them made correctly. Picked up a call-in order and while I was waiting in line to pickup my order, two people in front of me had order errors. I paid for my order (at a cost about $9 per sandwich for the normal half size ("Primo size"). Two sandwiches and a bag of chips ran $22.xx after tax. Both hoagies were missing items specifically asked for in their order -- one was actually missing both lettuce and tomato. At that cost youd expect better care taken when making the sandwiches. Not worth the cost. Youre better off heading to Lees -- cheaper and better -- and they take better care of their customers.

Placed a order at 5 mins til 7pm. I was unaware they close at 7. They took my order anyway and said only if I can be there in 10 minutes. I jumped right in the car and ran over there. I paid 33$ for 2 hoagies, 2 small deli salads and a bag of chips. When I got home, a hoagie was missing. I called immediately and was told immediately we can credit you tomorrow. Not once were they sorry. They didnt offer to deliver or give me the option to pick up the other sandwich. I asked for the manager, and he was gone for the day...imagine that! Horrible customer service, and after reading many reviews on here I am not the only victim I see.

Go somwhere else!!! Horrible customer service! I called in an order of 5 hoagies and got rushed off the phone. The guy even sighed loudly when I asked a question and later hung up while I was still talking. When we went to pay for the food he was obviously irratated that we wanted to pay separately and had the nerve to say " the next time you call you should tell us that your paying separate".I had to remind him that he rushed me off the phone before I was finished. We returned home and two of the orders were completely wrong, and two others were completely dry! The worst experience ever! Never again! Not worth the money.

Stay away from this one. The girl behind the counter is a first class B****. Arrogant, rude and probably overpriced part of my order, 5 dollars for a bag of chips. Really. I bet the manager has no idea about this. You are lucky I dont contact corporate, they may pull your franchise, Straighten up or give it up.

All the other primo hoagie locations i visited, you could barely close the roll because they stuffed it so well with meat and condiments. This place was like a 2 dollar hoagie from a philly corner store..barely anything on it and charged the same price.. Never again

GREAT Food! GREAT Service! I recommend any sandwich with broccoli rabe. :) Order Primo size. The price is so worth it if you respect the hoagie.
