Every time I go in there and order something, without fail, its either "hold on, I have to go check to see if we have enough," or "Its going to be a 25-30 minute wait." Dont you guys prepare for this stuff? People come in to buy chicken and lots of it. Did it ever dawn on you guys to have someone check and say "Were running low, someone needs to drop a batch of chicken into the fryer?" I could see if I came in and ordered 3-4 buckets at a time, but thats pretty pathetic when I want a 3 piece Extra Tasty Crispy. .....and this is why I go to Popeyes. Miraculously, they dont seem to have this issue.

Really great service. The employees are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They always ask to make it a combo or a meal in order to make it cheaper which is such a bonus! In the instances where I had to wait, it was never long, at most (MOST) 25-30 minutes when the chicken recipe I want is unavailable since they hand-bread everything fresh so you dont have nasty chicken from two hours ago. Great flavor for the food too, well worth the price.

Friendly staff was the first impression I got when I came inside. They didnt even tell me that I walked in when they were trying to close the lobby until several minutes after Id ordered. The food was good. It was the first time Id had KFC in over a decade, so I enjoyed what I got. They were willing to make a substitution too for 1 of the meals, so that worked out great. In the unlikely event that I find myself back in New Jersey I would go back.

Celina, and idk if that spelling is right, is completely awesome ! Me and my boyfriends order got lost and we had to wait a long time for food. She came out and hooked us up ! We ended up leaving with double the amount of stuff we ordered and was completely polite the whole time. She knows how to make the customer leave smiling and I for sure know that isnt easy, I have to try to do it all the time. Good job girlfriend !

Everytime I ask for extra crispy chicken I always get the same response. " it will be an extra 20 min or so". Really you have a job to make chicken so when a certain type runs out or low ...... replace it. Its not hard! I dont go to a fast food restaurant to wait in line than have to wait another "20 min or so". I wish there was a different location closer cuz this brooklawn location is the absolute wose!

First of all - nobody there were gloves - nobody ! Stuff is smoking cigarettes by main door and seconds later they back inside serving or packing your food ,I called corporate to find out if they required to wear gloves and they said ..."well we dont really know ,have to check to be sure! " ...what ??? Not talking about prices from the sky and portions size ,thanks a lot

The extra crispy had an extra something that would have irritated the gums and mouth of an unwitting victim... Baby Jess and the laughing red headed girl... Not very nice after such excellent customer service... A shame really as it is the harm done without any reason which lead to witch burnings way back when...oh well no harm done.

Great kfc location! I have only ever been in the drive through but they have always been friendly and have never gotten an order wrong. The specials are great to get for a large family that will leave everyone full, especially when it comes with dessert! I love the grilled chicken the most and they always have enough of it.

Dont come here often but seems like everytime I do there is some kind of issue. Dont have this or that. Staff get annoyed when you ask questions.
