They were apparently short staffed. They could have warned me before I sat down for the lunch buffet, I would have went elsewhere. So I ended up only getting a total of 3 very small slices of Pizza from the buffet, then this buffet did indeed run out of food. Lot of people (besides me) were verbally complaining & asking about food times. I could have complained but the staff were running all around trying to meet the demand so not sure that complaining helps. I guess it could have been worse, I could have actually ordered something then been stuck waiting for it to come out like some other people. No way was I waiting an unknown amount of time for them to bring more stuff out then competing with other customers for buffet Pizza slices. I paid up and left. I did not leave a tip because I wasnt even waited on for the drink. Im sure this place could be good if it was adequately staffed like other Pizza huts Ive been to. However, it was my first time here. The 3 small Pizza slices I managed to claim were like 1/3 the size of a regular slice of Pizza. So I ended up paying like 9 bucks for basically 1 slice of Pizza, a bit of marinara sauce and a drink...never again.

Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut, Starts off being told sit where ever you want. The waitress takes our drink order then disappears for over 15 minutes, then finally comes out deals with the other two tables then finally brings drinks and asks our order. So 25 minutes to get drinks, 15 later for food and we never see her again until she drops the check on the table, glasses are empty, did we want refills? Didnt later because we where not getting any according to her service. We had just spent 6 hours in a car and wanted to just relax and eat and actually have decent service. The best is, we look at the check and instead of 4 drinks there is 6 on the check. Disgusted we just paid and left, when she realizes she over charged us she can have that for her tip!

Was charged $3.50 delivery fee,eventually after being contacted by the delivery driver (couldnt find my house on main st.)I finally got my lukewarm pizza and cheese sticks. Bill was $20 and change, give him $25 expecting some change to tip him,instead he just walked away with my money. Thats the last time I will order from any pizza hut.

Walked out. Wife and I went here tonight for dinner. We stood by the "Please wait to be seated sign" and was ignored by the staff. Not a word from anyone. We could understand if three place was busy, but half the tables were empty. I doubt we will go back. Lack service in a service business is unacceptable.

Very under staffed always busy. Staff can be a bit rude at times. Delivery service told me they dont deliver to my house after getting delivery from them for ten years. Got the wrong item delivered and called to get it fixed and they acted like it was my fault and gave a lousy 5$ credit for a pizza that cost 15$

Horrible service. I called ahead came even 5 mins late and still had to wait for 10 mins for the wings by that time the pizza was cold. Dont go!!!
