I have been going here for almost a year and each time the service quality decreases. This last time the waitress forgot to put in half of our order and only told us after we were there for almost 40 minutes. We let her know we no longer wanted it, as I was on lunch in between my job and needed to return, and she brought the bill with the meal still charged. We had to send the check back again to get it corrected. I then called to speak with the manager and was told he was not there, although I saw him, and instead of taking a message I was told to just call back some other time. Very disappointed, frustrated, and will not be returning.

Wasabi Bistro was a delight to eat at! My family and I ate here after my college graduation, and this restaurant was perfect for celebrating with my family! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the waitresses even tried to play with my daughter when she was getting antsy...it was very sweet. :) The food was delicious, and I think it was a great value for what you pay here. (They have a great lunch special on sushi rolls.) Although they dont have a kids menu, their desserts were awesome! I highly recommend the tempura cheesecake! ;)

Read through the comments and wow! "Waited 5min and left ✴" , and folks singing high praise but leaving 3 stars. I guess Hershey is not the place to open a restaurant. Running a restaurant with employees and raw food is expensive so be reasonable people. The food was great and they DESERVE the 5 stars. Anyone with a itchy trigger finger: Try talking to the owners before leaving a bad review on google. Goes a long way and is better for the local and Google community.

Never, under any circumstance, order "White Tuna" from here. It is actually Oilfish / Escolar / Butterfish. Escolar is the Olestra of the sea. You can tell the difference between actual White Tuna (Albacore) and Escolar easily however. If your White tuna is pinkish, then its Albacore, if it is white, its Escolar. Keep this in mind when you order sushi / sashimi / ankimo, so you dont make my mistake.

Got the love boat with my gf. We thought it would be fun and you would get to pick some of the options like the chef roll and hand rolls. But no you do not. You get preselected options that were between warm and room temperature that also left a slimy coating at the back of our throats. Definitely not worth the almost 50$ we paid. And the servers were incompetent.

Ate here after a hard loss in a local baseball tourney, my son LOVES sushi... And, this place could easily be confused with the East Village in NYC or SoHo in London. Food is EXCELLENT, and very expertedly prepared by the all Japanese staff. Highly recommended. While they did not have have Toro , still a huge hit here after a tough baseball loss.

Service was okay, a little slow since we were on the wall side of the bar. The sushi was not the best ive had and the Alaska roll had a weird after taste. Atmosphere was good though. I ate here and then at Sakura do across the street the next night. I would try Sakura do if you havent. It doesnt look as nice, but its worth it.

Wasabi Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants to go to. The food is consistently good. Weve never had a problem there. My husband is 100% Japanese and he approves it! Its best to go there after 8 pm when theyre less crowded. Its a definite go to restaurant.

Its a good sushi restaurant with a robust menu, something for everyone. Nothing I had really wowed me but for the prices it was a great meal. I didnt have anything outside of sushi rolls so I cant speak for their other dinner options.

For tempura and hibachi, this is the place to go. Best hibachi Ive ever had. All of their desserts are fantastic as well. The sushi is good too, but if youre looking for the best sushi in Hershey, head across the street to Sakura Do.

Ive enjoyed the sushi here whenever weve visited. Not many other local places are as consistently good as Wasabi. The restaurant itself is on the small side, but the atmosphere is inviting and relaxed.
