I just ate here today......my 3rd time. Service is consistently friendly, management actually walking around asking people if the meal is good. Clerks very personable. Food always delicious. THANKS FOR COMING TO NEWTOWN. The local snobbery here is so against *chain* restaurants, so instead we patronize mediocre restaurants, overpay for bad food, and pretend to really like it because that makes us think were better than others. Thank heavens, Chick Fil A is here. I wish more chains would come. Maybe then the individually owned restaurants could actually have to PERFORM in order to get peoples business.

KITCHEN SLIPPING. First off, the staff is usually nice and the service is good, place is clean. BUT - - the last few times the breakfast has been served lukewarm and it should be hot. Other Chick Fil as dont have this problem - but the newtown location does. Wife and I now drive an extra 15 minutes to Lawrenceville for McDonalds breakfast. We dont go to Chick Fil A as often due to this. Also - Chick Fil A should taste their own Coca Cola - its not mixed right. I hope these items improve - I prefer Chick Fil A.

This is a great chick-fil-a. The service is top notch. Once brought home a large order that was missing a couple items. We called them to ask if we could stop by a pick up the missing items. Not only were they sorry and going to replace those items, but they insisted on delivering it to our home with extra items. Again, awesome customer service. Will continue to go there!

Great food and always clean. So why 2 stars? ...Service is subpar. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a box of nuggets. Bunch of young girls at the counter who would rather chat than take orders. No management present to apologize to multiple irritated customers. Sad to say... avoid this chick fil a!

This was my second visit in about 6 months. Ive been there for breakfast both times, got the spicy chicken biscuit, cinnamon cluster and coffee. All items were really good. Service was very quick, the staff very polite. Just be careful, the coffee is served HOT! Good cup of joe once it cooled.

I was here with my two kids. It was very dirty, tables were not being cleaned, the service was unprofessional. I have eaten there several times, this time was definitely my last. I would rather make the drive to the Neshaminy Location.

In the fast food category, Chick-fil-a cant be beat. This store is particularly good, always fast, clean and friendly. Well lunch can be a little slow, but that is to be expected. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite.

Just like any other Chick-fil-A, decent food and prices higher than other fast casual restaurants. This location has particularly long lines at lunch and subpar access--plan on a trip here taking a few minutes longer.

Always have excellent service, they come to your table and ask you if theres anything they can get you. They even will refill your drinks or take your trash for you. Best "fast food" service around.

The playground here is great for kids! Also the service is exceptional - servers will come to your table to give you refills or ketchup. They might also help you bring your food to your seat.
