Order from dominos instead describes this incredibly rude business. I just spoke to an incredibly rude person theyre called TOOOOM after I was delivered 22 packets of crushed red pepper when I merely asked for a few packets of Parmesan with my $32 order. When calling and notifying TOMM of this he told me he didnt charge me for the 22 packets of crushed red pepper and to be happy with that… Like that means anything and then proceeded to hang up on me for more times. This manager Greg should be ashamed of his team and whoever this makeshift manager is answering the phone should be fired immediately. Basically Pizza Hut is overpriced with a bunch of overprivileged employees who take advantage of hard earned money and customers… From now on Im ordering from Dominos, hell... its cheaper anyway and I never had a problem. Just wait for a FOR RENT sign in a Mansfield Plaza soon.

Oh my god, what a bunch of jackasss they have working there. Thy very worst experience of my life. Made an online order, was over 40 min. late so called the store. Young girl told me she didnt know when the delivery would arrive but she would call the delivery person and call me back. She never did. We called 3 more times, they kept transferring us and we would get a busy signal. Tried a 4th time to cancel the order and the same thing. Tried one more time (5) and they transferred me to a Spanish line who then transferred me to, yes, a busy signal. Finally we went out for real pizza and as far as we know the delivery idiot never showed.

I ordered pizza not attitude!!! The driver refused to walk to the door to make the delivery. The driver made rude comments. when I signed the receipt and gave it back to him He complained about his tip. I took the necessary step and called the store. I spoke to Ryan, who claimed to be the manager, reported the situation to no avail. All Ryan said was "ok" and waited for me to hang up. He didnt offer an apology and didnt offer to speak to the driver about inappropriate behavior. I will be sure to share facts about my experience with others. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

Slow slow service waited over an hour for one pizza after ordering half an hour before I got there so not go here unless you want to pay for something you might not get

Food was cooked fresh while i waited and served nice and hot. Staff could take some training on customer service. Seem cold and stand offish.
