Update; JULY 12 2017 So I decided to try the nachos again. They were terrible as they were once before. Everything was cold (the cheese, the chicken was like it just came out of the fridge, ect), and as usual the waitress struggled to even keep them on the plate as she pulled the metal ring out from around them (its a great concept, but in practice its probably hell on the wait staff to manage.) I ended up sending it back to the kitchen for them to heat it up since it was so cold, and what they gave me back was day and night from the first plate. They gave me my nachos covered in cheese that wasnt there before, on a massive platter that was reminiscent of their old nachos. If they gave me this plate every single time instead of the terrible trash can nachos, Id come back every week like I used to. _____________________________ Excellent food! Everything is great here except for the nachos (they were AMAZING before, but they changed them a month ago and are now hardly worth the price and are nowhere nearly as tastey as they used to be.) PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD CHORIZO NACHOS

I was there on Saturday after the NASCAR race down the road. I was thinking this place has to be good. It was not. I will not get into the dishes sent back by one of the people joining me and how it wasnt taken off the bill. But I will just leave you with my end of the story. I always order the brisket at a new BBQ place to see how they measure up against other places. It was listed as slow cooked and seemed like a great meal on paper. I knew I was in trouble when it showed up with a steak knife. I am 42 years old and in all the years I have been trying brisket it has never been served with a steak knife. I even laughed to myself. But when I tried to stick my fork in the meat I knew why I needed the knife. The laminated menu would have been more tender. It was dry, over cooked, and had no flavor. Im sorry Guy, but you need some changes in that kitchen before I ever consider coming back. And will let other know before they consider one of your restaurants.

Wanted to try this location because of the burgers. We booked a trip in April with Carnival Cruise line and Guys burgers and fries are one of the quick bites open every day during the trip. We could not get enough. Do when I booked a night away and was looking for places to eat in the Poconos and this came up. It was a easy pick. Its pricey but with the money. The mac and cheese burger was $18, trash can nacho were $19 its a big portion and the side of mac was $5. The only reason I got a side of mac was so I wouldnt eat all of it off my husbands burger. Tip: if you are going to visit this location go to the site and sign up for emails. In return you will get a free shareable (appetizer) for signing up and for your birthday you get a free burger. Enjoy!

My husband and I just got back from eating here. We go out to eat a lot, and this is the first time I felt like I had to write a review. First off, the waitress Keira was the best waitress we ever had at a restaurant!! She was absolutely the sweetest!! We kind of felt like we were royalty the way she treated us:) The 2 cocktails we had were the best cocktails we ever had, so much so we asked for the recipe. The manager was so nice and we told him about the drinks and he said "if you like those you might love this one even more" and he gave us a complimentary drink. I thought that was sooo nice of him. Besides all of the great service and attention, the food was excellent!! The wings and nachos were to die for!!! Great job to all the staff at Guy Fieris!!

We started off with the shared pork sliders .........O. M. G. the flavor was the BEST that I have EVER had !!!!! EVER !!!!!!! had the 1/2 rack of ribs for lunch .... large portion, even for the 1/2 rack, and had to take it home with us. The ONLY disappointment on the plate was the soggy and very cold mac and cheese side ..... totally unimpressive but didnt even give it a 2nd thought with all of the other 5 star cuisine staring back at me .... will DEFINITELY be going back here the next time Im at the Mount Airy ..... to try something hopefully equally as exciting as our slider and ribs were !! Great Job !!! Oh, the waitress was a GEM as well .... very sweet !!! ;-) ALL AROUND AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE !!!!

7/15/2017 went there this evening. Dont order the Chicken Pot Pie, its more like onion pot pie. They overdose the dish with onions. I always judge a restaurant by how clean their restrooms are. The rest rooms were disgusting. If they dont dont check their rest rooms, I can only imagine the kitchen. The waiter never bothered to take our dishes off the table when we finished eating. Im surprised, I like Guy Fieris show, I thought with his expertise in the Food business, quality and presentation would be a top priority.

Today my cousin and I were in the Pocono area for an overnight trip to a spa. We decided to find a place to eat that is different from our local places. We found guys and knew it had to be good. It was to die for. I had the pork butt and mint chocolate ice cream cake. The pork just melted in my mouth. The ice cream was heavenly. She had the chicken and 7 layer chocolate cake. We bought a jar of the barbeque sauce each. Next time we are in the area and have more time, we definitely will be back.

The staff was friendly and attentive, absolutely top notch. I cannot say the same for the food however... my wife and I were physically ill afterwards, and I have a historically iron stomach. Overpriced, and either too dense with conflicting flavors (my wifes dish, cant recall what it was) or entirely bland (the chicken pot pie I ate). I cannot in good faith recommend this stop on your Pocono vacation.

Id give it 3.5 stars if I could. Its a reasonably priced casino restaurant with pretty good food. Sometimes things are a bit over-cooked or delivered not quite hot enough, but for the most part Ive been happy to eat here. The Blue Ribbon Chicken is a fav, and hard to beat at $14 for the half a chicken with 2 tasty sides and cornbread. The servers have been consistently pleasant, too.
