HONESTLY...Ive been living in Mt. Joy for like 5 years now & Mojo has always been one of my favorite places until recently. The only reason I give 2 stars is for the food being consistent. In all honesty if it werent for the food Id give it 1 star & probably never go back. I could NOT enjoy my food at all because the lady whom Im assuming to be the manager? Spent the whole time bitching up a storm! About this waitress, that waitress, this person, that food. We went at about 3, when it was dead, minus me & my friends & it was just absolutely unprofessional. I know for a fact they have trouble keeping servers & I damn sure know why now. Will NOT be going back.

Junk... Stopped in around 3am. they had a very small menu. I ordered a steak and 3 eggs an style. I ask for hard boiled eggs was told they they do not not have any boiling water. So I got scrambled eggs. I could tell that it was fake eggs. My steak I ordered medium came out way over cooked but still some how cold. It tasted like it has been soaking in liquid smoke for a day and then cooked on a george foreman grill. the waiters seem to want to be nice but was lacking really any late night drive to do it... I will not eat here again! the one good thing was the price. 3 eggs steak hash browns and toast for $9.

I can honestly say I never thought I could change the oil in my car with my meal. The one star is being generous. The best part of the meal when I left hungry. The food is awful I would not feed this to a death row inmate. How in Gods name do you ruin a fried fish filet? If you would like the answer ask the chef. The Cole slaw was absolutely horrendous. The pickled beats had no flavor Chris Brown wouldnt hit them. The cheese steak was so greasy and over cooked I swear I could change the oil in my car with all the grease. Thank you for a terrible meal I will never comeback again.

Mt. Joy Diner is an interesting place. I absolutely love their food (the portions are large, the prices are low, and the quality is generally on the higher side). Their service is usually prompt and friendly. Even the parking is great, considering how bad a town like Mount Joy can be. The only downside is that its generally fuller on the weekends (it attracts an older crowd) and that the restaurant itself is cheesy and filled with plastic-y decorations that need to be updated. But, all things considered, its a minor grievance. Highly recommended.

Dry steak, Shrimp Stir Fry was not edible still had the tails on the shrimp. Spaghetti was drowning in water. Took multiple trips of the obviously new waitress to finally get everything that we ordered. Only two bites were taken of the stir fry and the best they could offer was half off of the stir fry price. The quality of food and service here has gone down the drain. We will not be coming back here again. The waitress was seemed more interested in socializing with her "friend" then working.

My order; 3 pancakes, sausage, home fries and a hot chocolate. Starting off the hot chocolate was at a perfect temperature and delicious. The pancakes were not all equal in size and didnt come out all at the same time which was odd to me. Although they were cooked well and tasty. The sausage links were good, the homefries were almost patty style and not cooked the whole way through. Just cooked on top and bottom with inside almost mushy.

Its just a small town diner that serves up a LOT of food for your money, its not expensive. Its usually quiet, as i go all hours of the night and day. Waitresses are usually pretty good, sometimes you get new ones. All in all i like the place and visit ot fairly often. Has that small town feel to it. And i like that.

Well food was ok, room temperature was freezing, it was 40 degrees outside and 32 degrees in the restaurant with the fans on. Freezing cold and I even had a hoodie on with the hood up!! Problem was not fixed when I said something to the waitress. Left and it was warmer outside then inside!!

My husband and I love going to Mt. Joy Diner for breakfast. Its a local joint and youll find the atmosphere friendly and relaxing, with a small town feel. The food is always excellent. Best parts...alot of food for great prices! Definitely a worthwile try.

Food - tastes old and bland. Small salads. Temperature - just a little warm, need just a bit more A/C. Waitress - really nice and friendly, liked her, had a hard time getting drinks (small) & refills. Didnt hate the place, but wont stop there again.
