Im in shock and disbelief over the comments I just read in the previous reviews! Coming from the Philadelphia area where theres a pizza shop or Italian restaurant on every corner, I know delicious, authentic Italian food when I eat it. What the f%!k is the matter with you people? Ive been in this area since 2005 and it took some time to find a restaurant that would save my family the hour and a half trip to Philly everytime we wanted Italian cuisine, the real deal! Im self employed and can appreciate the comments made in some of the reviews about service. However, you cannot judge an entire staff based on one bad apple. The service has always been excellent for my family and I. For a restaurant as busy as they get I can also appreciate the hustle I see to accommodate anything we asked for. You people are a bunch of f@!cking morons and wouldnt know authentic Italian food if it jumped off ur plate and into your mouth while singing "thats life" by Frank Sinatra!

SlimQuiggle-what the hell are you talking about!! My family, friends and neighbors all eat and LOVE Sopranos and the family that owns it!! Did you expect them to do a jig that you came in and order a sub to go. I guess they didnt know that the awesome SlimQuiggle was in the house. Who died and left you food critic of the Lebanon/Lancaster area. Maybe the hair that you were oh so kind to share with us fell off your face when you opened the box. Did you ever think about letting the owners of Sopranos know what happened and let them make it right? No instead you go on line and trash a very busy very well like family restaurant. We will continue to support our friends at Sopranos. Maybe you should stay in Lancaster and eat pot pie! You people need to get a life!!!

I can not believe this! I just moved here from NJ, where Dominos and Olive Garden are considered mortal sins (and I agree). Sopranos rules. Do not let the name fool you, because this family cooks everything homemade, including the pasta. The pizza is great, but there are several other places that can give them a run for their money. The best part is certainly the pasta dishes. This could easily compete with NJ restaurants. I also like their white pizza with the fresh garlic, broccoli, diced tomatoes and riccotta as well. They do that better than others around here - everything is fresh! BTW, they just started taking Credit Cards again.

Decent food, terrible service. The foods not bad if youre not looking for very authentic Italian, and the portions are so big that you get dinner and the next days lunch out of one meal. We have friends who are crazy about this place, but they seem to enjoy the poor service more than the food - one of our friends said that he was never even served his meal on more than one occassion. Were often greeted with "whaddaya want?" and I have yet to see an order filled correctly, despite having gone on and off for about two years. I would only recommend this place if youre not picky and you have a sense of humor.

If you are looking to be treated like a nobody go to Sopranos. The staff are the most bitter/angry people I have seen in a place of business. The blonde woman to runs the register is rude and could care less about you as a customer. The dinning room is terrible. No carpet makes for a very very loud experience. The food is great, so if you want the food get it to go as the people who work there (at least the blonde woman at the front desk and the girl making the pizza) will make you feel like you just left a prison. The wait staff are ok but usually under staffed so they are always running around.

Sopranos is an amazing, authentic Italian restaurant, with meals at a great price! Everything is fresh, and they use a large amount of garlic and wine in their food to create a wonderful flavor. My husband says it is like his Italian grandmothers cooking. The portions are very generous a all of the servers are wonderful. The dishes are reasonably priced (most under $10) and we are regulars at this place. If you want the real deal and arent afraid of a little garlic, this is the place for you!

I have tried to give them every chance to get back to great food but I have reached the end. Maybe it is kids cooking food or tried to live of past glory but the food lacks flavor and is poorly executed. Sloopy amount of sauce if you ask for just a little bit more as if on purpose and burnt bottom flavor as if they dont clean pizza ovens. Nothing can replace a mature chef instead of a twenty something!

The food was alright. The sauce wasnt to my liking, and the proportions were over the top. My father got a basket (literally) full of fries with a foot-long cheese steak. None of us finished our meals, and they didnt even offer us doggy bags. The waitress was a complete idiot who made my experience there even less enjoyable.I will not be going there anytime soon.

I have never been disappointed with the food here. Everything Ive tried has been the best. Ive been elsewhere in the town and have never felt they have even come close to the Sopranos food. A La Carbonara is my favorite but with out a doubt, everything is delish! The service is good too-although on a busy day its could be just a bit more friendlier.

Dont know what everyone is complaining about; must be old reviews. Heard about this place from a neighbor, and the Italian selections are wonderful. For me, the portions are big enough to bring home the leftovers and have them again. Plus, BYOB helps if you want your own wine. No complaints, just full stomachs.

They offer some of the best pizza around. I especially enjoy their sausage pizza. The entrees are also quite good. I had their version of Zupa dePesce. It was great. Good portions and a comfortable dining area replete with red and white checked table clothes. They also have good salads.

My family has dined here and gotten take-out multiple times. It has always been a great experience. High quality pizza, pasta, and desserts. A bit pricey, but the portions are pretty large and its a very satisfying splurge. FYI its BYOB.

If you want your order to be correct dont ask for any customized items. Dont eat in; pick up food and avoid talking to rude staff at all costs. They have been submitting fake five star reviews to up their rating which was a 2.

Great customer service, the description of the meal to the attention to our table all night, remembering our names and looked at us in the eyes when asking a question. The pizza was awesome. Will definitely return!
