This was my first and last time dining here. When I walked in, I couldnt get over how loud the restaurant was. Expecting it to be crowded from the noise, there were only 4 table of guests. It also didnt help with the noise that the 3 employees were YELLING to each other from various spots throughout the restaurant. I was then seated, ordered a drink and food, and proceeded to eat in the noise once my order came...which took about a half hou just for a soda and a burger. A table behind me left because a waitress did not come to get their order fast enough. After eating, and paying, I used the restroom...huge mistake. THE WOMENS RESTROOM WAS DISGUSTING!!!! The toilet paper was on top of the dispenser, not inside it. The paper towel dispenser was broken, so a pile of paper towels were laid on the baby changing station. The garbage was overflowing, so there was a garbage pile started on the floor. I WAS DISGUSTED that I had to use a bathroom in this condition. I normally like Johnny Rockets, and have visited different locations to eat there...however, I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!!!!!

This was a nice surprise. I had never been to a Johnny Rockers. Staying at a local hotel my children were hungry. Looking through the hotels, local advertisements we came across the free movie and kids eat free Tuesdays. When we got there a sign saying that the movie tickets were out disappointed us. However, the dancing entertainment surprised us and the service was great. The food was salty but tasty. The Sweet potato fries great. A lot of families came while were there. All seemed to enjoy it. Feed a family of 4 for under $40.00 and were entertained. This place pleasantly surpassed my expectations.

Placed our order, French fries and onion rings came out first,10 minutes later still no sign of our waitress, saw our burgers sitting under warming lights, had to ask other waitress if she could bring them over, by that time French fries and onion rings, cold, When waitress came over finally to check on us I did explain that we had to ask someone else to bring over our burgers, she did offer to take off something from our check, told her it was ok, but just wanted her to know that service was non existent. By the way place was not busy at all. Younger staff to busy chatting with their friends.

Staff and restaurant unclean. Service slow and inconsiderate, watched a waitress very loudly mock customers and the few waitresses who were working. Eatched staff eat in food prep area. Wait staff more time on cell phones than waiting on customers. This isnt the first time, its been consistently bad and getting worse each time we have come.

Dining area was filthy. Upholstery in booths were ripped and uncomfortable. Understaffed which isnt fair to its employees or customers. There was only two employees working when I went. TWO!! They were so stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of people there. Highly dissatisfied with management of this restaurant.

This was me and my boyfriend first time ever eating at Johnny Rockets. We both order burgers with fries. These was the BEST burgers we ever had! They tasted so good! Plus the milkshake was awesome. Let just say we definitely will be visiting the Johnny Rockets in our city, Baltimore.

a new staff came in sept of 2011, since the service has been horrible and the food hasnt been as good. they changed a lot, and it is safe to say that i would not recommend this restaurant. it is no longer a family based restaurant and definetly not the same fun staff as before.

Ate here with family. Burgers were really good, but the cheesesteaks seemed dry. Waitress never asked how things were, or if we needed anything. Staff did not seem happy, or friendly. We ordered bottomless fries, when we asked for more, they were given to us in a to-go box.

Sign on Door said open at 11, showed up @ 11:25am....not open! Ordered with family..... Everyone was finished eating before my burger was served. Sent it back and had it taken off the bill! Never refilled any drinks! Service sucks! Kitchen sucks!

Terrible service...probably the worse service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant the waitresses all stood or sat around and did nothing and did not even acknowledge us. There are many other great places around that Ill be going to instead.

Im not a health nut by any stretch of the imagination, but this chain must go out of their way to pack as many calories as humanely possible into their meals. Theres no excuse for it. The basic ingredients dont warrant the calorie content.

Most authentic 50s themed "burger joint". Very convenient if you are going to Montage Mountain for anything: shopping, movies (Cinemark), baseball, skiing, golf. You wont be disappointed with the food and service at Johnny Rockets!

Very nice and clean... The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to help... Milkshakes and bacon fries were delicious and the smile face in the bowl was a pleasant extra touch :-)

Went there waited 10 minutes to be seated 15 minutes to order waited 45 minutes before My family and I left never seen our waitress after placing our order and never received our food.
