Been here several times working in and around the metro Scranton region. Will "second" everyone else whod rightly given them great reviews for their tasty food and being incredibly friendly, cordial people. Only drawback is locating a place to park in and around Adams and Mulberry, unless its during "off peak" hours, or if you love living life "on foot" as I often do. In that case, whats really any different than visiting a favorite spot in Chinatown in Philly? If its that good and you want it that much, youll find a way to get there. I guess that can explain why Ive been back "several times."

Today was the first time Ive ordered from Panda. (A recommendation from my friend) Delivery time was a bit long, however I ordered at 4pm (around dinner time) and still recieved in under an hour. The food was definitely worth the wait! Everything was fresh and delicious! Luckily, I ordered enough to have leftovers for later. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The order came in less then 10 Mins I ordered 12 baby shrimp with plain fried rice as far as the meals go now. Its good my fiance ordered plain lo mein and to quote her "its alright a little spicy but good." I can personally say although the food is good Id try and find another Chinese restaurant before eating here again.

Such crappy food! Customer beware! Really not worth any amount of money! All there food tastes like shit! It must be extremely old or out dated. And the oil there frying the food in tastes like really bad old oil!! Just not good at all! All ppl of Scranton be careful..

Food is really good but they always forget the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken. How can you forget sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour chicken? Then it takes like an hour to get the sauce and your food is cold. Better off picking it up so they dont forget something.

Anyone who calls this food good has never eaten good Chinese food. This place is wretched. The food looks and tastes horrible. Enter this establishment at your own risk as it is filthy. The kitchen is obviously lived in as there are household items scattered all around.

Delivery sucks unless close, expect an hour wait. Food will be hot. Seems like during the week on slow days they have a different cook and food isnt as good, weekends are the best. Expect delivery drivers to be rude if asked a simple question.

Five stars, even though my shrimp toast was burnt. The delivery guy was a sweetheart, the food was hot on arrival, and the person who took the order was really kind and helpful when I asked about certain menu items.

To start, they were very nice and thorough on the phone! The delivery man was very nice as well, and the food was extremely delicious!! Plus, they added a calendar in the bag with the order! Would recommend.

Filthy, dark restaurant...I ordered the General Tsos chicken...it looked old and reheated, tasted horrible, and had NO broccoli in it! I have no idea how this restaurant is still open

Many of the Bog-goers will hit this place up for late night drunk food. Pretty dingy interior but the food is good. Deliveries are mostly done on foot.
