The food ordering service was terrible. After waiting for about an half hour, I went to the deli counter and asked the girl if my order was going to be done soon, she looked at my slip and said that they had a black out for a few minutes and my order must of been one of the orders they lost, but strange that the ice coffee I ordered on the same order was sitting on the counter made. If my order was lost then everything on my order shouldve been lost. Anyway, the girl told me to reorder because she had no way of going back to see my order, so I reorder and again I was waiting and waiting, I realized there was a shift change because there was different people working. I was so fed up that I ended up getting a refund and went to the wawa in Douglasville were the staff is much more organized.

Wawa is the place that has hundreds of locations, but theres always that one you prefer. This one is mine. The morning staff is wyat theyre supposed to be! Happy, ready to help and wanna make sure that your morning coffe is just that tiny bit sweeter with that morning welcome! The night people... well, theyre what theyre supposed to be. If its night, usually youre tired. You dont want 5 minute tqlks about those Marlboros youre buying. You just want to come in, grab what You need, swipe and bam, go! Theyre a perfect balance.

Dont buy phone cards there. They insist they cant be returned even when you havent scratched off the strip to reveal the codes. Contrary to what they tell you most of the non contract companies will reimburse them for a refund to customers. They just choose not to do it. They lost my business.

theres one worker, older woman who makes sandwiches, VERY rude. i gave her the benifit of the doubt the first time but after having to deal with her 3 times after that i see now it is just her personality. definitely makes me not want to go there.

Bought a cheesesteak with american cheese with roasted vegetables at first didnt want it toasted. Changed my and I just want to say Tara the young lady who prepared my food did it - my cheesesteak was the best i have Ever had. Thank you Tara.

Used the new mobile app to order food, like they brag about on commercials. Come in, no food and no order. Turns out you have to be extremely close to the store to order. Instead of saving time, the phone mobile app cost me a half hour!

Most other Wawas are a great stop for food, snackd and drinks, as well as obviously gas however, this location made me feel uncomfortable to a point at which I felt unsafe.
