ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Ill preface this by saying, I love Red Robin, always had amazing dinners with the family. But honestly, NEVER GOING BACK! I went in with wife and 15 month old for a 7:30pm dinner on a Wednesday, very slow, got a table right away! Cool I thought, should be a quick, easy experience. Wrong. Server greeted us after what seemed a bit longer than usual, but we are easy going, and we thought nothing of it. We gave her our orders, AND THIS WAS BASICALLY THE LAST TIME WE SAW HER. -Food runner brought our food -Server never checked on us -Manager never table touched us -We paid via Ziosk on table She finally came back while we were putting on our coats and getting ready to head for the doors, at this moment she asked us if we "wanted more drinks or fries", HAHA, really?! We sat there for 20 mins with empty glasses, empty baskets and you ask now? With coats on? What made it worse was a few factors. 1. We ordered poorly for our little guy, and I was going to order something else for him as he was being a little more discontent that normal. But she never came back, so me and the wife took turns walking him around the restaurant while the other ate. 2. While walking around the very empty restaurant, I noticed the entire time we sat with empty glasses and for myself atleast empty fries, as it was the only thing my son would eat as the "healthier" option we had gotten him was not to his liking, our server was doing nothing more than rolling silverwear. Look, Ive worked in restaurants my whole life, I appreciate people are not always at their best, and that down times can be especially hard to motivate ones self. But this was THE WORST case of table neglect Ive ever seen, experienced, been around etc. I tipped the lady 17% (which is an absolute TERRIBLE tip from me), as I RARELY tip less than 20% and usually tip about 30%. So I still took care of her to some degree, but she probably is completely oblivious to how terrible of an experience that really was for myself, my wife and especially my toddler who ate so little and was never afforded the option of ordering something else. I took the Survey on the Ziosk letting Red Robin know how displeased I was, as well as the Survey they email to you to elaborate on your experience. I have received replies to NEITHER! So obviously those surveys MEAN NOTHING. I was going to wait to not post these on social media if they had gotten back to me, but obviously they dont care, so I dont care.

Got seated immediately...But had to wait 20 minutes for our food... My burger was at best warm... my tomatoes were not ripe. Fiancees burger was over done..Roll was hard..The egg was raw...Sent it back it still was not done correctly...Third time his egg was like rubber...Over done....Had to sit and wait to even tell them abouy things....The rest of us were done eating until manager... Suggested she would make him a new one...Finally said forget it...Got our bill to leave....Learned no lock on the games on the tablet....So if a child touches the screen you get Charged 1.99 for it...So if the person before you touches the screen...Your gonna be charged....Second time of going and service and food were not right.

It was not busy at all ...amount of time to order and get food was decent...ordered garlic fries endless of course...they were cold and nasty...sent them back thinking they would make fresh ones.....wrong they put them back in fryer and refried them then sent them back out ..like i would not know the difference wrong i work at a restaurant and i know the difference so what what you send back ..you might get the same thing twice instead of fresh...this was in mechanicsburg

The quality of the food at this location seems to be trending upward. We love RR, especially since they started offering a Gluten Free bun for burgers and dedicated fryer, and this location seems to continually up the ante in the past few months. Food comes out perfect and there have been no issues with any cross contamination. Staff now asks if you have an allergy to ensure proper food handling. Thank you for making it easier to grab a tasty burger out with my family!

My first experience was rewarded with friendly, informative service by all staff. The prime burger with bottomless fries was awesome and the Red Robin seasoning at the table was a great addition to my burger. Mushrooms sauteed in a mild horseradish sauce were a fine accompaniment to an already tasty combo. Try their freckled lemonade in their crazy glass...delish. Love the way they served their fries in a metal bucket...holds the heat right down to the last fry.

This is an update, after eating at different restaurants from this chain. Its really hit or miss. When the food is good its so good! When the food is bad its disgusting. I usually order the same burger with onion rings and a smoothie. I find this place real expensive and since Im not a gambler Im going to stop putting my money down on meals that make me nauseous.

Food is okay but overpriced for the quality of what you get. I got ribs and chicken for 13.99 and it was 2 chicken tenders like you would get on a kids meal and six or seven rib Niblets which might be two or three normal ribs,with fries I think it was way overpriced. If the chicken had been better or more ribs then maybe the cost would have been worth it.

The server was delightful, but the kitchen did not always provide us with what we asked for. When the food came out got it was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend the Chocolate Fruffles! The hot chocolate and cold berry sauce it is served with are great compliments to the texture and taste of the cold salted fudge Fruffles.

This experience set the bar for me when I go out to eat the service was excellent our server came and checked on those multiple times make sure everything was good and it was nice to see that the general manager came out and asked if we liked our food and how was everything would definitely recommend to anyone

Bypass all the fast food joints...go inside and sit down and let the wonderful staff serve you while you relax! Good is so much better than the FF joints, and not all that much more. HUGE fan of Red Robin. From Chambersburg to Scranton. Cant go wrong. Mechanicsburg is our favorite one!

Spotty servers. They are normally helpful. Its a toss up. And the burger a pepper bacon I think it was definitely wasnt worth the 14$ The three strips of bacon were tiny. Never brought my soda or second basket of fries. It wasnt busy either being 2:30 pm.

great service. mediocre, extremely overpriced food. mcdonolds quality. i was so suprised when the food came out how pathetic it was. we are talking dollar menu here. they need to cut their prices in half and then in half again.

Sometimes they can be slow bringing out the bottomless fries but the endless root beer floats are great and they have some really good staff here. Theres always like 5 billion people working idk how they afford it.

Slowness of service is only rivaled by their exorbitant prices. Pack a lunch so you dont starve waiting for your 15 dollar factory cheeseburger. But they do have a TV in the floor.
