Was at this Sheetz yesterday and had a bad time. I needed lottery tickets. I saw a line, for the gas and food, to pay. I asked if I had to wait in line to get my lottery. Everyone yell NO! So I went to the lottery area and waited to get waited on. NO help. After I saw the person I would have been behind in line leave, I asked if I was going to get help too. The clerk said I had to get in line. She was there when everyone yell no. So why didnt she speak up to correct everyone? There was no sign that you had to line up to get your lottery. When I spoke up another clerk came over to open another register. When she asked to help the next person I spoke up again and asked for help. She said that you had to get in line. I said I asked that when I enter and everyone yelled NO, and no one correct it. I also pointed out that there were no signs that directed that about the lottery. She said that it has always been that way since they open. Which is wrong. I have been using this store since it opened over 15 years. This is new since the remold of the store. Well I dont have to use Sheetz at all. This is the last time I will be in there. They just lost a customer. The rudeness of the clerks has turned me off.

Free Stuff

Extremely rude cashier - I mistakenly asked for a $5 lottery ticket (not seeing the automated machine anywhere in site) and when she printed off a cash 5 ticket, I told her sorry, i needed a scratcher. I was amazed how nasty she quickly got with me and I explained to her that I did not know the difference - she pointed me to the machine outside. I said to her that it wasnt necessary to be so rude and she continued to mouth off to me. Very disappointing customer service. Definitely the wrong person in this type of customer facing job. 9/29 at 630 pm

The ice freezer was almost empty and was dirty but they got a bag for me from the back. Good quick service and friendly (the one star off was for the dirty freezer)

Very slow service if you have to go inside to check out. Only one register open with line almost out the door. Literally stood in line for ten minutes.

Quick service. Theyre usually busy, but churning out orders quickly and efficiently. Gas pumps seem to almost always be in high demand.

Really good selection of food (MTO). Lottery machine almost NEVER works, even though Ive told management numerous times.
