Very disappointed with chicken salad sandwich purchased at this location & lack of mgmt. response to my complaint. Sandwich consisted mostly of bread with a very minimal, almost laughable, amount of chicken salad. Chick-fil-A makes great chicken sandwiches & milkshakes otherwise so I thought there had to be a mistake in preparation. I offered feedback via their website but never heard anything back from the store manager. Even though I work in the area, I doubt I will go back to this particular store. Wendys offers a Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich thats a great value & out of this world. Theres a store right up the street from Chic-fil-A!

I enjoyed eating here until they switched their oil to soy oil. I ate the food and got Ill when I got home. I have a soy allergy an noticed the symptoms was connected with soy. I spoke with the store and they said they used an FDA approved soy oil that us so over processed that it doesnt present harm to people with soy allergies. I beg to differ. Now we dont go there to eat anymore. Thank you FDA that you believe what these industries tell you about their products.

Beyond frustrated! Ordering a Special request due to being gluten free through the drive thru at this location is proving to be a mistake over and over. They need to be more aware of orders when in the drive thru, double check. Got all the way home to find I cant eat my salad due to a seasoned grilled chicken has contaminated it. Maybe they should offer delivery when they make mistake after mistake. Very upsetting when they are the only fast food you can eat.

I was very impressed with my experience at Chik-fil-A! Though the restaurant was very busy, the employees were patient, kind and worked very well under the stress of a busy lunch time. The line moved quickly and my food was brought to my table in a timely manner. Employees work to keep the tables clean and even offer to refill your drinks. The food was good and I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone.

Best customer experience Ive ever had in a fast food restaurant! The food is handed to you with a smile and it comes out before you even put away your card. If you are sitting inside, the staff will often times come by for refills and take your tray. Clean inside and out. I only wish they made the parking lot bigger. On a Friday afternoon, its a zoo. Overall fantastic place to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love their grilled chicken sandwich. Pretty low in calories and the wheat bun is grilled. The chicken is marinated in citrus and not dry at all. Also, the superfood side is really good! Of course, the service is the best of any fast food place Ive ever been. I just hope Im not ruining the country by supporting them and giving money to their political agenda.

This is one of the cleanest most well run fast food places I have ever eaten at. The employees are all outstanding and the food is great. In addition, the place is always spotless as well. Good job management! Its nice to see that some people know how to run a business right.

First time I ate at this location. Food was great and service was fast. I was mostly impressed by how friendly the entire staff is. This location was very busy but it did not affect the quality of service at all. I only wish they had a location in northern York county.

So disappointed that this store will not honor military discount like all the others I have been to. A mere 10% will not hurt your bottom line, but it shows the military people respect and appreciation, by not giving them that it shows disrespect. Shame on you.

I wish they would open more restaurants around Harrisburg because they have the tastiest fast food and their service and staff are top notch. The only problems are that they are sometimes very busy because they are so popular, and they are not open on Sundays.

God Bless these guys. There are doing it RIGHT! They make amazing sandwiches 6 days a week. Then take off Sunday for a day of rest. Now that the gays are upset with them. I and many people I know will spend even MORE MONEY here!!

Great food and super-friendly staff! The stand-aside-and-wait-for-your-food routine is a little awkward but the food comes up fast and the staff always seems to know what order goes to whom. The honey mustard barbecue sauce rocks!

This location is the perfect example of what a chick-fil-a should be. The service is out of this world, even when they are exceptionally busy. We will often drive past the new Harrisburg location (it sucks) to visit this one

Fast food??? Well it sure doesnt taste like it! Some of the best chicken, freshest veggies, and soft but crunchy waffle fries around! I have driven 3 hours for Chick-Fil-A, and would gladly do it again!
