I order from a lot of Pizza Hut locations for work very frequently. This is by far the worst one; the only reason I gave one star is because zero isnt an option. Last time I ordered they were almost 20 minutes late. I just ordered from them again (ordering the night before as I need it picked up at 11:15 tomorrow morning for the meeting and want to make sure it will be ready) and the VERY RUDE lady on the phone told me if I want it tomorrow I shouldnt be calling now and then told me I couldnt pay over the phone unless I called back tomorrow. I have always paid over the phone the same time I order and every location has let me including this one until this woman. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will never be ordering again.

Driver couldnt find my house so he calls. I describe surrounding areas and hes like ok I see it but it wasnt the right house so I call him back and he says to me " I went to the wrong house, I dont think youre going to get your pizza" , so Im asking him exactly where he was and he tells me and says "Im not going to keep driving". Now I can see if he gave the pizza away when he went to the wrong house but the fact that he still had my order and wasnt trying to bring it to me is just terrible. I ordered my food online and paid with a card so it was already paid for on top of that. Yes I got my order but that was just not acceptable at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

order pizza at 5:00 pm waited 1 hour and called whom ever took order did not put apt # on slip so we said okay now can we have are pizza they said will be there . i live 5 min away after a half hour i called back got hung up on! So i drove over there now 2 hours and they where still going to give use same food that was cold and cook 2 hours ago ask to see manger finally he came out to talked to me well all he could say is it should be on the way so,i said i want another pizza and did not want to wait another hour and he said be out in 8 min. hated all of the service

We have always liked Pizza Huts pizza, but most recently there is so little Pizza sauce on it, that you cant taste it. In fact one time Im not sure there was any sauce on it at all. Even though we really like the dough, we wont be buying any pizza at our local Pizza Hut. We will look for another pizza establishment in the area.

Hey, its a buffet, what can you say? Decent selection and they keep they pies coming out hot and heavy, never an empty slot. Service is super friendly and they refill as needed without being clingy. They even offered a to go cup at checkout if you so desired. Price is reasonable. Best bang for your buck!

Took three hours to get pizza. Literally as 5 minute walk from where I ordered, but they couldnt find me. Called four times, and got hung up on two times. Lets see how they do at my apartment. Love pizza hut, not into corporations, but their service is a little ridiculous.

Two hour delivery and cold pizza. Live 5 minutes away. I see from other reviews that this is an issue for many. Get your delivery act together Pizza Hut! My last dine-in service was one waitress covering many tables and I waited quite a while for my pizza and drink refill.

Took about an hour and a half to get my whole order! My pizzas came in about 30 mins. They "forgot" my wings said they would be right back and an hour later they showed up with them. Very poor service to say the least.

Horrible service, frozen breads sticks that are as crusty as crackers, takes 1hour to get pizza. Dont go here. Dry and rubbery food.
