Asked about the prices before we ordered and when we got the receipt 2/3 items was a different price we asked the waitress she said it was tax!! My husband said then how come its only on 2 items? Then she got the manager and she informed us the pizza we asked the price of BEFORE we ordered was not the price we were told and we were charged an extra 50 cent for ranch for my hot wings. She said well you shoyld have just got it iff the salad bar for free why wouldnt the waitress just inform that before hand instead of after we ate and charge me for it? Even mcdonalds gives you a free sauce with your nuggets! I have had the same issuue with the sauce at a different pizza hut and asked district and they told me they were supposed to give 1 free. The manager said we are a franchise so we dont go by that. Well, if you use a businesses name you should use their rules. The $3 to $4 didnt matter its just so aggravating that every time you go to a business you are told 1 price and then when you go to pay its another. It will happen 8 times out of 10! And customer seevice!!!! We actually ate at this same pizza hut 2 years ago ( we travel for work) during the buffet and they had no pizza cooked the whole time we were there!! I guess 2 years hasnt improved much. Should have known. My wings sucked anyway i was trying to just be nice and eat them. Lol i guess i should have just complained if i would have known they were going to charge all that extra. If you like dry chicken strip piece hot wings order here!!!!

We came here to get the 6.99 lunch buffet but we got here 10 minutes before they were shutting down the buffet so we each got a 6.99 any way you want medium pizza and I thought they were going to be much smaller than they were. I got a good price for enough food to have for lunch for days! The waitress is really friendly and so is the rest of the staff Ive had contact with. I used to hate pizza hut pizza but at this store it doesnt taste the same as bad pizza huts Ive eaten from in the past.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Never received the full order, called to complain and the person on the phone said "oh yeah, wont be able to deal with that for at least an hour so do you just want store credit." N O. of course I dont want store credit for there, I want my food or my money back. Bad customer service, he seemed annoyed on the phone, cold food, overall just a bad place.

Food was good. Buffet not ready at 5pm and the kitchen didnt keep up with demand for a while. One waitress seemed extremely overworked while the other wasnt busy. Over all, a good experience but it could have been better.
