This place made my stomach turn. When I walked in to pick-up my pizza that I ordered she tells me the pan crust wont be ready for another hour. She said she tried calling me which is true and asked if I wanted a different crust. So i said no big deal yes thats fine I dont care which crust. Well... she starts making my pizza with her BARE HANDS. She didnt wash them before touching all my toppings. Let me add she just came from the back and then into the cooler and then out to talk to me. And I can see the sink. AND THEN the phone rings....she stops making my pizza answers the phone then hangs up and continues to make my pizza without washing her hands!!!!!!!!!! Get real. Have some common sense. Its one thing when no ones around BUT IM STANDING THERE WATCHING YOU. We will not go back to this place. I wonder what they do when no one is watching. So disgusting made my stomach turn!!!!!

Double check what they charge you!!! Went there while visiting the Pittsburgh area, but before deciding on Pizza Hut, I looked up pricing on-line. It said $7.99 for a 2-topping. We went to the store, ordered, and added brownies. After being charged but before picking up the pizza, I realized that they charged me $21 for a 7.99 pizza and a 5.99 brownie!!! When I said something to the woman at the register I got a very rude "thats the coupon price, you have to ASK for the coupon price"....all while she was getting the exact amount of cash out of the register....without even looking at the receipt, no reversing my card charge, etc. Seems she has done this before. I didnt realize that a price for a product stated on their website meant you have to ask for that price or you get charged over twice that price.

because i can look out of my office window and see them, i ordered. they sent a pizza without the little table to keep the box from touching the cheese. we opened it and all the cheese was on the lid.i called to advise i paid for a topping that i can not enjoy because scrapping it off the box lid was not a part of my order, the cashier that answered the phone was really rude and said she would send another in an hour? i was so pissed off i will never order from them again and no one in my building will either! im gonna start asking for names and titles when i call places so i can address indivduals instead of cancelling out on those who take pride in the job they do!

Ran by idiots managed by an idiot. Was overcharged $4 4 my pizza when I called the girl said theres a delivery charge which is $2 n clearly marked after the subtotal. She transferred me 2 a manager who said theres a delivery charge. Really?! Food was great, problem was fixed but monkeys could prob be more efficient.

They just lost a customer a couple times a week because they will not deliver to a business a mile down the road because the order is $1 short. No I dont want to add a 8" cookie for one person, and I can not close my business to pick it up. Sorry but you need to get your priorities straight.

Called close to closing time.... person who answered the phone literally said "of course... this close to closing". As if she doesnt know her shift hours or who provides her pay checks. Terrible reperesentation of a an overall great chain. 11:00pm on 7/4 is when I called.

Just because it was close to closing time the lady that took my order hung up before i was finished ordering, didnt tell me a price or even how long it would be. Will not be ordering from this pizza hut again!

Pizza was two hours or longer, management wouldnt take my call, I was hung up on three times, we ultimately turned the delivery away, ordered elsewhere. Three hours later, ..... What a disaster.

Used to order from here all the time. The last 2 times I called there they told me it would be nearly TWO HOURS for delivery!!! Who the heck can wait two hours to eat? Stopped going there.
