I understand that America needs to change their eating habits. Many of us eat way too much. Therefore, I am not complaining about the size or the taste of the mac and cheese rather I have a beef about the price. How can Panera look any of its customers in the face and ask them for more that three dollars for less than a scope of macaroni and cheese and for almost six dollars you receive 2 scoops. REALLY!! What is you profit margin? You have really insulted me. I will never purchase this product again. I make it at home for pennies.

Store was out of everything bagels by 11:30 on a Sunday, stated they had been sold out since 8:00, seemed rather strange that a bagel that was that popular would be completely out of stock. The only bagels left were chocolate chip, whole wheat plain, and the like. Employee working at the cash register came off as incredibly disaffected and uncaring. I understand that it is just a bagel in the morning but all the same, an ounce of care on the job might have made the experience a little better.

So I walk in and order a breakfast sandwich @ Exactly 10:30. "We cant make it, we dont have any eggs made". I look at my watch. Really? Its 10:30 now but cant make One egg? So rather than save a sale, and give that extra Minute to make 1 egg, you lost my business and I spend way too much money @ Panera- But not any more!
