Think twice, three times or better more if you plan to have your kids party there! My sons 6th birthday was scheduled on a Sunday at 1:00 PM. When we show up there at 12:30, we were told that they are not open until 1:00 PM (the Sunday hours reads 10 am to 6 pm on their website, by the way) we added we are the party owners at 1:00 pm; then they plainly said it would suffice if we show up at 12:55. WHAT? We were very annoyed, but we sat at the tables right at the entrance by the carousel to make sure that we dont miss early guests. At 12:55 we entered inside and we were told we could wait at the couches until the room gets ready (YES, the room is not ready!!) Our guests started showing up at 1:00 and it was not until 1:20 all were in, despite the fact that most of the others been there before therefore had had the waiver. But the most shocking/appalling thing among all was when I was approached by the acting manager , and out of the blue asked "I heard you wanted to speak with the manager" and I replied " No I did not". Then the girl responsible for checking in into the party room approaches with a mom and only then I realize, they did not allow a guest child who was 7 years old because we had the "Pizza Party Spectacular" package and ONLY THERE AND THEN I was told that you cannot have guests older than 6 years old unless you have PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE. I immediately requested the upgrade, but the irreparable harm was done, my guest felt uneasy and I felt so embarrased. They should explicity state in their party planning guides as the first item FOR KIDS 2 to 6 YEARS OLD. But as you can see for yourselves that on their patry planning guideline as of 3/29/15 this fact is conveniently left out. I cannot get over the fact that their lack of policy disclosure disgracefully spilled on me and on my guests. The kids were having fun oblivious to the fact the embarrasment we went through. The party helpers were wonderful though, I have nothing negative towards them.

We took our 20 month old daughter here last week to play for a while, and we were extremely disappointed. The play area has a great layout and she was having a great time. Soon after we got there, I noticed an older girl was walking around with wet pants ( clear that she peed her pants). I told a young employee the situation and she went up to the mother of the girl and said something to her. The employee proceeded to clean the slides with a rag and disinfectant. The mother did not remove her daughter from the premises and the employee did not do anything about it. The daughter actually continued to go on slides and the trampolines after the mother was confronted. My grandmother went and told the man who was working at the cash register. We believe he was the manager or owner. He said he would take care of it. At least 20 minutes passed and he did nothing. Finally after speaking to him a second time, he went back to his young employee and told her to confront the mother. The mother stalled for quite a while as she was letting her daughter run everywhere in her wet pants. She was finally told that she had to go home and get new pants. I was astonished at how long this process took and how management didnt take charge of the situation like he should have. We were first time customers and were very excited to find such a great place so close to our grandmothers home in West Palm. You would think the manager would have apologized for the situation, but no, he just watched us walk out the door without any apologies. He didnt seem to care if we came back or not. Unfortunately, we will not be going back. On rainy days we will need to find something else to do. My grandmother will also be telling all of her friends with grandkids that we had an awful experience at Cool Beans.

We were there last Thursday (the 26 of Jan) a new girl was starting and another (girl) employee was there with her her. After being in the "cafe" area for 5 minutes I had to leave and walk outside. It felt dirty, stuffy and not well ventilated. After my husband played with our son in the play area (the attendants working basically sat at the kids table and stared at the floor) we took our son to wash his hands before he left. It wasnt really a surprise, but there was no soap in the bathroom. The surprise came when I ask the two girls at the front cashier for some soap. After a ten minute search (I think they thought I would just leave) they could not find any soap. What kind of an establishment in America DOES NOT HAVE SOAP? And in Palm Beach Gardens? Disgusting. I sat there and waited for them to find soap. They could find NONE. I dont know who is running this, but Im sure the health department will have a fantastic time writing up health code violations. Latte Diseases going around there.

We have been going here for 6 years, we only came back these past two time due to new management. On the chalkboard out front it said " Safe, Clean Fun" my Son and I went this past Friday. Its like clockwork two days after he starts with a sore throat, then next day has a cold, headache and sore throat. Starting yesterday (Monday)I had the sore throat and today feel miserable. This place is a PETRIE DISH FULL OF GERMS! Every single time we go we get sick. Also to add the trampolines are falling apart cracking and need to be replaced, a lot of the toys are missing at the stations. It is a shame that this place has not changed or updated at all. My Son and I have been sick for the past 3 days. We will NEVER go back into unkept petrie dish ever again. Its not worth taking the chance in all aspects of getting sick and not updating the place with toys and fixing the obvious changes needed.

This place is horrible! Their schedule for special needs night is wrong online and on the Gardens schedule. We arrived there at 6pm on the first Sunday in March to come for the special needs night. When we arrived they told us that the special needs night is Monday and to take it up with Gardens about why its on their schedule. Well why is it on cool beans schedule? Not to mention the last time we were there a month ago the manager told us that it was the same(first Sunday of every month). We do not live in West Palm and drove 50 minutes, then had to put our kids back in the car screaming. Our autistic son screamed more than half the way home. And to boot the staff was so rude!! No apology or anything. Literally will bad mouth this place to anyone who asks and will definitely tell all my friends who have autistic children. They dont even deserve the one star. Disgusted with this place!
