I usually go thru the drive thru and the people have no personality. they try n rush u thru your order. and I always say thank you after giving my order n receiving my total and I NEVER get a response back. And when I reach the window, Im handed my food and Im never thanked or told to have a nice day or anything. If it wasnt for the fact that my children like their food, Id stop going there. In fact, McDonalds who r around the corner from them, have pleasant workers and take the time to engage in conversation with me, I dont mind if theres is a line or an occasional order mix up. So, u need to invest on training your people in customer service.

Im young-ish but this place is just a hang out for high school kids with no respect. If Im out with my mom for lunch I dont wanna hear your music or you cursing while telling immature stories. Foods okay but the atmosphere is trash.. If youre "lucky" you might just be able to eat in peace, but that just means the kids are hanging out front staring at everyone.

Stopped there just now. And guessing manager she had white dress shirt..she was rudest manager i ever dealt with. I will NEVER go there again i work down road theres 200 employees...word of mouth..i work in customer service too. You need to hire nice people not rude, mean, snotty people

The boss in there does his best to keep the place going. But its hard to do, due to some of their younger workers lack integrity. This Burger King on New Falls and Penn Valley is not the place to be if youre very hungry and its crowded.

The staff is very efficient and professional. Their ice cream honestly tastes better than any other Burger King I have ever been to. Less Icy and more creamy. 50 cent ice cream. Great value!
