We recently decided to try this place for the first time. The experience started out shotty when we were hung up on while trying to place an order. Finally, when we were able to place the order, we had to repeat everything four or five times. We were told that it would be 40 minutes for delivery, and after about an hour and twenty minutes the food finally arrived. We did not receive an apology over the phone when we called to find out where the food was, or from the delivery driver. The hot food was completely cold and the cold food was warm. Out of six people, not one of us enjoyed our food. We ordered a range of things from sandwiches to quesadilla, and not even our salads were up to par. Everyone took a few bites and threw away the rest. As a business ourselves, we understand the pressures of the service industry and we always give second chances. This place however was horrible in service, professionalism and execution.

Is this a joke? Sopranos has been my favorite for a long time. Was really looking forward to it tonight 8/9/13 and I feel like I should be on the tv show "punked". Seriously, my 5 year old could make a better pizza than I had tonight. Ive HAD better pizzas at MANY childrens birthday parties. this thing is tiny. I swear that its ragu sauce. and the cheese....what cheese? This "pizza" I paid 12.50 for is PATHETIC!!! And to the girl on the phone taking the orders...you should ask what id like to order instead of being silent for 10 seconds prompting me to ask you if you were still on the line. and I shouldnt have to ask how long to pick up. will not be going to sporanos ANY MORE!! I wish I could post a picture of this thing. my kids even said it was GROSS!!!

Wow! What a difference a year makes! Sopranos Wings are the absolute best. Very consistent. Delivery is quick and efficient and best of all, wings are GREAT! I tend to get the mild wings as they has a nice blend of heat, yet a little twist of sweet. Love em! Previous Review Pizza and wings are often very good, however, there have been times when the wings were not good, dry and small as if they used sick or malnourished chickens. I have made a conscious effort of explaining that I expect hot, fresh, good wings at the time of order. Since I began that strategy, the wings have been consistently good.

Only someone working for them or with the taste buds of generic south jersey trash would say that anything from this crap pile is remotely edible. Twice we asked for pizza well done and twice the pizza was barely cooked. Soggy dough, mozzarella stick breading on the calamari and they give you cocktail sauce. Shame on them, and I feel bad for anyone that likes this garbage, as you are clearly south jersey trash, and wouldnt know what tasted good if it slapped your sister/cousin (since they are the same person) in the face.

Sunday night I had called probably about 10 diff pizza spots. It was around 9pm and everyone was saying they wouldnt deliver to me. I was in Pemberton and was calling to Browns Mills! I am 10-15 mins away. Finally called this one who were the furthest away and was greeted by a friendly voice who didnt hesitate to take my order and gave me prompt service. About 25 minutes later my food arrived. Even the delivery driver was friendly :)

I love sopranos food. I help them get business all the time since I work for a chain thats always busy and people are always hungry. However they seem to always forget to put sauce in the bag. Sometimes they even make my cheeseburger on a hoagie roll? Like they ran out of buns. Lol all in all they are amazing and the employees are wonderful, exspecially you Rom. You know who you are.

Ok this is not a restaurant. is a take out place in the middle of nowhere... However, the salads and the philly steak we had were cheap and excellent! if you ar a traveler staying in the area, trust me, get delivery from this guys! it was a refreshing surprice. dont expect 4 star quality, its a delivery place. but the food was delitious.

Their pasta carbonara is good, but I ordered pasta primavera, and the kid even repeated it. Their wings are great, and theyre stepping the size up, something that was always lacking. They also dont do military discounts anymore. Chief complaint, you have a couple folks who take orders that, cant even handle that....

Its not even sapronas pizza any more its "supreme pizza" and since google doesnt show it neither do they. They just answer the phone "pizza" and mislead you to thinking its the same. This is SOUTH JERSEY and they advertise NY pizza. Take your junk up north.

Decent pizza -- not the best, but definitely not the worst. Fast delivery, polite driver. Ordered it because it was cheap, and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely will order again.

Really good burgers and wings. The chicken fingers were gross though, imo. Very overcooked. Fries kinda bland and were soggy. But delivery was on time and the driver was really friendly
