I went through the drive up today at 5:20 pm. I could not see the boys name on his tag that took my order but it said team leader. Jillian was at the window, she was very pleasant, I told her that the drink was wrong, she was more than willing to fix it but he was rude to her. He acted as if she screwed it up when really he was the one who took the order.Then he barked at her about 5 cars waiting while she was getting the drink. I dont think he had to be so rude to her and she looked embarrassed. Maybe she should be the team leader. She certainly knows how to be nice to people. Thanks Jillian .

3 out of 4 times drive through order was missing an item. Bag was packed so tight I couldnt check everything. Get home and 1 item paid for was missing. And I am extremely disappointed with how they react when you ask for extra Chick fil A sauce. If we get three sandwiches or nuggets we should be able to ask for 3 and I also like dipping my fries in it. Its like a freaking crime. Charge a quarter extra Id still pay it. This Chick fil A is horrible.

Who doesnt love Chick-fil-A! This is a good store with a friendly staff. They have indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant is clean and relatively new. They have two lanes for drive-through which are generally quite busy. Weve always done well here and our kids love it! I personally appreciate the Christian corporate policy of closing on Sundays.

It seems as though the play gym is always closed when we take our young kids there(hint, clean it when your closed) on 2 different occasions while there the old man who solely watches over the dinning area was VERY rude to us. The one time he yelled at my kids for standing in the booth(atleast talk to them nicely) hes a Scrooge!

What can I say Chick-fil-A has some of the nicest staff and nice clean Conservative wholesome values 5 Stars when talking about a fast food joint. In fact this is so far above the standard McDonalds and Burger King its almost in its own bracket everyone there says have a blessed day and are so courteous and nice

It seems like everytime I order a meal here it gets messed up. Its annoying having to go back out of my way to get the right food with nothing more than a "sorry". Also some of the workers have no enthusiasm or second mile service. Not the chick fil-a experience that I receive from other chick fil-a venues. :(

Always get my order right, and they do it with a smile and great attitudes. The drive through here is a little goofy, but it works. Sometimes you can smell Hatfield hams or one of the other food processing places from here. Not the most pleasant thing in the world when you are tyring to eat.

First time at Chick-fil-A and it was an excellent experience. We have celiac so eating out can be challenging, especially while travelling and trying something new. Dawn, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Hoping to get a location in central WI soon.

they messed up my order completely. i asked for a #1 meal which has a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. they asked for a drink and we said a sprite but apparently they heard large fries. but they onlt gave us the large fry. No sandwich or anything

Say what you will about their religious beliefs and political standings, they have good fast food. Theres always a line around the corner but theres 40 people working in there so the line moves fast. Food good, very fast service!

It is a larger (about 250) person restaurant with dual drive in lanes. The food and service is quite good. This location is right on Rt 63 and about 2 miles to Exit 31 of I 476 Turnpike.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Cold and nasty fries. Chicken sandwiches we threw away that were overcooked and like rubber. I guess Joe Pesci was right they F you at the the drive thru

Fairly new store. Large in size, right next to the Wawa. Very easy to get into from Forty Food road. Has ample parking spaces and drive thru. Friendly employees. Good food.
