Walked in and was greeted by a very pleasant cashier. Placed a fairly complicated order and moved aside. Within a minute or two our order came in. We sat down and opened the food and noticed they made a slight mistake on two of the tacos. I went back to the counter and the manager overheard and promptly, and without question, resolved the issue personally. Its rare to find this level of customer devotion at other chains or family restaurants for that matter. I gave top marks on decor because its a fast food chain so you cant expect much, but at this taco bell, it was clean, comfortable, and the advertisements were subtle and not at all annoying like many other fast food places. The only problem is that it is slightly chilly inside but i kinda appreciated it because it was 90+ outside. this branch has surely stepped up its game from several years back. Food was hot and the lettuce was VERY fresh, the taco meat tasted like real meat and actually had the texture of real meat.

As we entered the ordering area there were a few employees having a loud conversation near the cash register. We waited for a few moments while they ignored us and continued their conversation. Then they both walked into the kitchen area! The person who returned simply looked at me without saying hello. Just as I was about to greet her she turned and yelled something unintelligible to a person in the kitchen. When the food was ready, it was put on the counter, our name was called out and it was abandoned. The server should have waited to see if the customer needed anything else. Then, throughout my meal, the four or five employees behind the counter continued yelling out nonsense to each other. Their volume was loud enough to be invasive to diners. I consider this poor service. The food, however, was very good tasting, and the restaurant appeared to be clean, which is the only reason I gave this 3 stars instead of one.

Always good food and nice employees and I work here. I am a fairly new employee and i was thrilled to see how clean we keep it. Ive worked at burger king in Quakertown and I know they keep food AND mean past the sell by date. Meat could be sitting there all day- BK is TB affiliates. Food at TB is always fresh, restaurant areas are ALWAYS kept clean. And to the lady who recently came in and said it was dirty it must have been a lunch rush were sometimes it isnt possible for us to go out mid rush in that 2 hour span. If we can we will but this restaurant is extremely well cleaned and kept up with. We do get really busy so u may find a wait but hey were on route 309, you have to at least expect a few minutes especially when everything we make IS legitimately fresh.

I go here a bit and food is always great. Despite what people say about not feeling good after eating taco Bell Ive never had that experience. Only time I as unhappy was when I specifically told a gentleman I wanted my order without lettuce and tomato and although he did that he messed up the rest of my order. So as long as you dont get the one somewhat slower guy (not trying to sound mean) your order will be good.

I really cant give 1 star. I went there yesterday and had the worst food of my life. I ordered a beef burrito meal. The burrito was very limp. There was no meet in the burrito and no brands. There was some sauce, sour cream, lettuce and sometime that I think was tomato but not sure because it was white. It was absolutely disgusting and will never go back. I will starve first.

Listen, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. But the nicest people work at this one. They always have a kind comment or once I left my wallet at the grocery store and didnt realize until after I ordered and they comped my meal. Im not a huge fan of fast food but if I ever need to grab something quickly I will go to this taco bell just because of their customer service.

Ground beef from here gave me food poisoning. Also ordered a California breakfast crunch wrap and tried to order it without onions. Lady put order in as no pico, only tomato. I ended up with eggs, cheese, guacamole and tomato. No hashbrown or bacon in the crunch wrap.

I ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes...I got a blob of sour cream on 1 taco...I swear to you 1 piece of diced tomato on another...they need to hire a qualified manager to look after the tools that work there...nah mean!

Love the food. The only thing is they will randomly close for maintenance a lot, especially when I have my cravings. The staff is efficient, but lacking in pleasantness. Going for my tacos regardless tho.

Used to be an OK place. Last few months Ive gotten sick with food poisoning three separate times the next morning. This time I ended up puking it back up. There needs to be a health inspection of some kind.
