When asked for a local burger joint recco, Cheeburger Cheeburger is among the first places I mention...but always with a brief disclaimer. Sure, Cheeburger Cheeburger offers lots of options: 5 or 6 patty sizes with just about every possible combination of condiments, plus more beverages than you could shake a stick at, including true, old-fashioned milkshakes. So, then, whats the problem? Two things: (1) The atmosphere is stale and boring. I guess they wanted a look somewhere between Arnolds Drive-in (c.f.: TVs Happy Days) and a family kitchen circa 1960. But what they produced is a sterile, visually uninteresting mess; even the lighting is bad. Seriously, folks, go hire a real designer. (2) Sometime in the past couple years, Cheeburger Cheeburger stopped cooking their burgers to order. Yes, I know this involves governmental agencies and other nasty legal issues, but as a consumer I like what I like...and lately it seems every burger comes out one level more done than it should.

After waiting about 45 minutes to be served there a whole section of the restaurant not being used. Asked an employee if we could in the section where nobody is sitting she said we normally dont put people with kids on the carpet. Than after dinner was all done this happened. Someone posing to be the manager was so rude. My daughters went into the bathroom and there was puke all over the floor. My daughter informed me of this so I went up told my waitress of what my daughters step in. Her and the person posing to be the manager went into the bathroom and came out and told me I had to clean the bathroom after I spent almost $100 at this dirty establishment. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Took my Family to have lunch here and loved the theme. Lovely atmosphere and the waitress(whose name slips my mind at the moment,SORRY DEAR)was just as friendly and helpful as can be!! And she winds up being the Boss!! Greatly appreciated her making my baby boys Birthday a bit more special!! When she found out that it was his birthday, she made him a Birthday Cake Milkshake and gave him a few of the nostalgic Car Trays that he is still enjoying Free of charge!! Very thoughtful and rare these days to find such a Beautiful Attitude!! Thank You!! Oh, and the Prices are very reasonable!! I suggest the Swiss CheeseBurger with mushrooms and horse radish!! DELICIOUS!!!

It says that they close at 9pm online but they said they couldnt take me and a group of 4 friends who where willing to spend money on burgers and food. I drove from West Chester pa to here and the manager on site told me I should have gotten here 10mins earlier. Along with the employees who not only where rude when I walked it, but also decided to not put me on hold while I was trying to reach a manager and I overheard her talking badly about me. Never will I ever waste my time here and will encourage people to not come here. Also Im heated Google made me give them a one star they dont even deserve it.

Two stars because the food isnt bad, but every time Ive gone there Ive had a bad experience. Which is really disappointing since I loved eating at cheeburger cheeburger in MD. This location; however, is the worst location Ive ever been to and I dont think Ill be returning. I also highly recommend against ordering online at this location.

The food is very good, but Ive had the same waitress three times now and shes pretty awful...if you can get past the service, however, I think youll be very happy to eat here.There are so many choices for burger toppings, milkshake combinations, and flavors of soda, youll never be bored eating here.

Everyone posting that it isnt there anymore is thinking of cheeseburger in paradise. Cheeburger cheeburger is still open and still really good. I love that i can get a veggie burger with whatever i want on it. I also love their milkshakes...oreo-coconut cream pie is my fav!

The owner was very rude. Not enough staff to help with restaurant needs. One person cant take orders, answer the phone and make the food. If you dont have enough money to hire staff and be pleasant to customers then you should close for business. What an awful business.

Its like a combination of Nifty-fifties and Five Guys, but a bit better. Great family place to get burgers, fries and milkshakes right across the street from Sesame Place. They can get hammered when Sesame Place is having a special or evening event.

Fantastic burgers, a little bit on the pricier side, but absolutely solid, fries are good too, bud of mine had the hotdog and said it was allegedly better than the beef which is hard to imagine, definitely a place to try at least once.

The hamburgers are delicious as were the milk shakes. Service was decent and friedly but at times absent. The 50s theme was dated and could use a modern twist. FYI... dont order the large fries unless you have a party of six or more!
