Went to dinner tonight. They got my daughters order right. Didnt get my husbands or myself meals right. I went to pour myself a glass of root beer and the machine gave me bubbly water. I brought it to the attention of someone behind the counter. She in turn told another lady who decided instead of fixing it to have a conversation with another worker. My husband a south western chicken sandwich, no Pico De Gallo, fried jalapeños, avacado on the side and extra spicy ranch. First time they covered it in lettuce even though that is not even mentioned on the board. My husband has a bad reaction to lettuce. He sent the sandwich back. Second time they smeared guacamole all over the bun and put regular jalapeños on it. Third time they got it right and gave it to him in a take home box. My meal was the California Turkey Burger, swiss cheese and sliced avacado on top. Instead they gave me no avacado but sautéed onions and lettuce. We used to love this place but its really going to hell in a handbasket pretty darn fast.

Terrible experience, manager refuses to take my order and I had to wait 10 mins before they would take my order. Unprofessional by cain obaldo. I always come here but with this experience Ill spend my money elsewhere. Especially when he told the cooks to take my order longer and waited 25 mins. What a joke this place began when I was the only one ordering lmao. Update: I ordered med/rare and it came out well done, I dont like well done and I informed them but saw the manager, cain whisper to the cooks. But I guess like I said before Ill go to a different locations.

I was very dissapponted with my burger. It was way over cooked and my friend were only warm. I asked for new ones and they were no better. They had NO horseradish sauce and when I asked them they said they would get it from the back. Never happened. My girlfriend got the Dogzilla and they ran out of saurkraut. They scrapped the bottom of the warmer to get some that was barley enough for a regular size hot dog. The chicken crunch sandwich was good. What a waste of my money and time!!

Went there many years ago when I was a kid. Only remember it being ok back then. Have gone back more recently since moving, and thought that the burgers had gotten a lot better. The burgers are a little on the greasy side, but are much better than your typical McDonalds or Burger King. And they have a good selection of toppings, so that is an added bonus in my humble opinion.

Brought my Kids & my Grandkids to Fudds for a FUN meal...w/ lots of choices. Yes, they are Known for Great Burgers, but, they also have a large variety of options. Kids meals are anything from kids Burgers to Chicken Tenders to Mac & Cheese, & Hot Dogs, too, plus you get Fudd Fries, a drink & a Cookie!! Love it, & they did too!

Good burgers, free toppings, great selection. All you can eat fries. They also give free cookies with the kids meal. Place is clean well organized and food comes out fast. They have coupons, deals all the time. They also have a arcade section. Definitely recommend this place for a meal. Prices have gone up some, but what hasnt?

Fuddrucker is one of those places that sort of feels like a relief when youre traveling and want a quick burger. This particular one always seems to serve a low quality beef, though, and I couldnt bring myself to spring for the alleged Kobe burger even for just an extra two bucks because the regular stuff made me that skeptical

They make the best burgers and cooked to perfection. Theres plenty of variety of burgers and self serve fresh toppings for your burger. My favorite is the 1 pound burger with the endless fries. Best shakes around and my family loves this restaurant

Great restaurant with awesome food and awesome staff the large heavily tattooed man (I believe the kitchen manager) was extremely helpful in recommending the ostrich burger which was cooked perfectly definitely recommend this place

Its ok, food was hot when we got it. Not as good as Fuddruckers in other states Ive been to. Id say it was a 7/10 burger. Family friendly. They offered an ostrich burger with locally sourced meat, which is interesting.

They have unique meats here, and are always availavle. Also, regular old low-grade burger meat, if thats what youre into. Clean floors, friendly staff, and short wait times even when its busy.
