To start, we ordered our food at 4:35pm. We were told it would be delivered in approximately 30 minutes. It actually took over an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. Next, the food was delivered semi-cold and soggy. I ordered a buffalo wrap, which had no flavor other than blue cheese. I basically got a wrap with chicken and a ridiculous amount of blue cheese. It was not appetizing. Also, the fries were absolutely soggy. The cheeseteak hoagie that was ordered was delivered with onions when we specifically ordered no onions. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I WILL NOT EVER order from here again.

Seriously awful. I placed an order through GrubHub this past Friday night, around 9:30PM. They were still open and accepting orders. Waited around until 10:30, no food. Tried calling the restaurant. Phone just rang and rang. At 11, I called GrubHubs customer service. Fortunately they were very accommodating and said that since the restaurant wasnt picking up the phone, they were most likely closed, so they canceled the order, reimbursed me, and gave me a $5 gift card for my next GH order. Lesson learned though. Ill stick with Mamma Floras next time. This place is an absolute joke.

Ordered a chicken caesar salad for my wife. It came with onions, cucumber and eggs...not a caesar! When we called they were rude and cursed in Spanish, which we understand because my wife is Spanish. They just said "thats how we make it!" No substitution. By the way, my wife is allergic to onions. Bad business. Do not order here!!!
