Ive never been here, so have never tried the food. However, some may find it interesting that Hunter S. Thompson rented a room here in the 1950s. He wrote for the paper in town (Jersey shore herald) and the establishment below his rented room at the time was called Regans Grill.

The crest is one of my favorite places to go for coffee or any meal of the day. Want a good meal and your in our small beautiful town of jersey shore stop by the crest for a meal or some coffee. U wont b dissappointed.

"Bleh" sums this up. Mediocre food. A strange combination of a fast food joint combined with a old-folks diner. Closes very early. No idea how they stay in business.
